Gotta admit, still not sure what "plosive rejection" or "synchronous USB mode" is. After looking up plosive I understand it's the p, b, t, d, k, and g sounds. I assume you're referring to how the waveform spikes with these sounds. But could you clarify about the synchronous USB?
@@Yoenosh The explanation is a bit more involved/technical. It has to do with the way the clock of these USB devices work. If you Google "CambridgeAudio Our Guide to USB Audio Why Should I Use it?" Or "homestudiobasics What is Asynchronous USB? | Do You NEED It?" you'll get a detailed answer! That being said, this mic is still one of my favourites for WFH.
Plastic neck at bottom end of microphone unscrews. Boom arm I purchased came with 5/8” connector that screws into the bottom of the microphone were plastic piece was. Connector then screwed into boom arm. Knew I regretted not making this clearer in the video. Thanks for asking.

I didn’t even realize this. Thank you; core memory unlocked.

5:23 I had this mic for a year and the plosive rejection is my main issue with it. That and the synchronous USB mode.

Not owning a PS5 I can't test out compatibility, but from searching online it doesn't seem the microphone is compatible with PS5; sorry.
