The name 'Roshow' is derived from the Konkani word 'Roso' which, like its Persian counterpart Rasoi, means a kitchen. The show that connects one to the traditional past, also accommodates seasonal, continental and regional recipes. Basic dishes that use minimum oil, are healthy to eat and quick to cook are prepared step-by-step during the show.
Tried this recipe and it turned out really yummy. Marinated it overnight and Cooked it on slow flame for almost 2 hours. Last 5-10 mins cooked it on medium flame and it got a bit charred which tasted even better. Thank you for the recipe

Thank you Suzzanne for your feedback. Stay connected.
Thank u for this recipe ma'am, and m planning to try this weekend, but have a doubt, how to know the right consistency of cooked ribs? I mean the bone, how to assess that it is perfectly cooked, sorry I'm a beginner and this is the first time I am gonna try ribs.
Meat leaves the bone at the ends. I cook ribs on very slow flame for about 1 to 2 hours depending on the tenderness of the meat.
@@THEROSHOWDAIJIKITCHENbyaveryl, ok madam, thank you very much.
Hi Madam, I liked your video & started preparing same exactly as per your direction. Fresh pork ribs & marinated overnight. The mixture was tasty ( masala) . I kept pan slow flame from beginning. The fat used to come out & the masala got burnt but meet not getting cooked even after 1 hour . When you cooked in slow flame , I don’t see any fat oil in the pan . Very much disappointed. 😮
She prepared pork without fat.. you prepared with fat....that's the difference
My favorite 😝
Thank you Violet

Greeting madam, kindly advise that where you buy pork meat in mangalore

@@THEROSHOWDAIJIKITCHENbyaveryl Don cold storage is also very good
What is bafat powder
Its a Spice mix from Mangalore (India) especially used for pork cooking. It looks like red chilli powder but tastes different.
Its a spice mix powder used in the preparation of Mangalorean pork bafath.
Tried this recipe but my masala got burnt in the first 200 min of cooking thought the heating was at very low.
Sorry to hear that. Kindly follow the instructions. This dish has to be cooked on slowest flame for a longer period for good end result. Also depends upon the quality of meat. You could sprinkle some water if too dry.
Can I bake it after marinating overnight?
I have a Morphy richards oven. 200° broil is that ok? Also what is the substitute for bafath pdr. I'm frm chenn
what is bafath powder?
Same doubt for me
Bafath powder is a all spice mix powder used to prepare specially pork bafath. Its available in mangalorean stores.
One should not mention religion in show.
Recipe was delicious but the narration was very irritating and slow
Sorry for that and thanks for your feedback.
