I use to work in a kitchen like this as an expo and sauté chef I made like 13 bucks a hour being in the weeds for 8 hours at a time . Grueling work takes a strong willed person to do this respect

Everyone has a sink to wash there hands after touching each dish, as you can see me in the corner washing my hands every 45 seconds 😂 We use cloves whilst prepping and for allergies and dietary requirements.
