These are good for face or body?
What I love about Dr. V is that she doesn't tell you to buy just any product. She does the research for you to make educated purchases. As a woman of color understanding most products aren't made with people of color in mind, it's great to know someone who understands the medical as well as the physical immediate and long term results. I wish she would post more frequently.
Dr. V I have a problem finding sunscreens, moisturizers and other facial products that does not create hyperpigmentation. Everything I use, even some of the Good Molecules products create hyperpigmentation all over. Any advice/recommendations?

Hi Dr V. As a retired African American woman living on a fixed income can you please review the following. I usually purchase these on sale with a coupon. You have reviewed Olay, but not these. Olay regenerist micro sculpting cream(red jar). Regular and ultra. Olay tone perfection serum b3+vitamin C. Olay age defying cleanser. And CeraVe facial toner. This would help me greatly because I buy between Olay and CeraVe on sale with coupons. Other products you recommend I cannot find on sale with coupons. Hi Dr V - a new subbie here. Great videos. I've used nivea, and then palmer's coca butter for my body skincare and a vit e moisturiser for my face from the body shop (with rosehip). As none of the products you mentioned include vit e, I wondered how much of a misconception (or marketing myth) might be behind believing this is the most effective ingredient to have in a moisturiser? I love Cerave's moisturizer because of the creamy texture and it feels so good on my skin but Lord have mercy it crashes terribly with anything I apply afterwards, (sunscreen, foundation) it makes my foundation look dry, patchy and powdery. I now only use it at night before bed with another layer of shea butter. I'm now looking for another daytime moisturizer hopefully that won't crash with my makeup

Hey Dr.V, it would be great if you could formulate a version of your moisturizers (and other products in your line) without niacinamide. There are lots of people with sensitive skin such as myself who react very badly to this ingredient, despite how low the percentage may be. It would be a game changer for those who want to address hyperpigmentation but wish to avoid the irritation that niacinamide can produce

If you can please clarify that if the exfoliating serums such as Mandelic, Lactic or Salicylic should be used a leave on and then moisturiser by night

Wash them off after 10 minutes or so and then moisturiser

Hey Dr. V I love your products except I have a oily forehead only! Go figure, I'm in menopause 😕 so my skin is moody. Dry one minute, combo the next. Should I just put sunscreen and not put moisturizer on my forehead?
