Ryan, I know this will be later after your surgery, but my thoughts and prayers are with you during and after the surgery! Hoping it wasn't anything too serious! Prayers, encouraging words, good vibes, hugs, and peace for a very smooth and uneventful recovery! Blessings to you and Hannah!
As the grandson of the man who owned big red and the trailer previously I can tell you it was majority corn and soy grain from my knowledge. Keep up the great work
Hope you have the best and painless recovery. Great cattle you got sold. Thanks again for the videos. The area were had to be pulled out from I think it might be good to get all the topsoil removed and some good packed hard gravel that way you don’t have to get jerked out like you just did. Nice clean trailer until they got in it’s amazing how fast that can get dirty
So glad the trailer won't cause any issues for a bit at least!! Now just get you a power drill n bit in truck for auto open n close!! Keep up the great vids
Good luck with your surgery and quick recovery brother. For harvest you should definitely use a cordless Milwaukee impact to open and shut the doors on the trailer, we do it all the time and it’s Heaven, just put a socket on and your on your way to no more struggles. 👍
You should thnk about getting a large impact wrench like is used for truck lug nuts for double duty on your hopper gates. Don't need a redo with the surgeon.
Love the video Ryan and have good recovery , wy did you put some winch under the door to help it open .theyrs lots way to open thoses doors .See you and God Bless .
Mighty work Everybody, hope surgery went well and recovery is good, glad You got on so well with Your cattle, They were in great order Ryan, mind Yourself🤞👌👍🙏😎
I work at a feed mill where corn trucks come through all the time. I work on the railroad side of things. Pretty cool to see different feed mills and how different ones are laid out.
I hear you when you talk about your shoulder pain! Too bad you can’t use a heavy duty battery impact tool to do the initial opening. Google luck with your surgery.
I really appreciate your, in my opinion, un-American style of vlogs (down to earth without exaggerations). I'm going to miss them in the period ahead. What more important is that you recover quickly from your operation. For yourself and your loved ones. I wish you lots of strength and a healthy dose of optimism for your recovery. As we here say, you are as sick as you feel. So remain always optimistic about your recovery. Even when takes a bit longer.
If you are going to finish them look at our Wyoming Life they sell their direct to consumers so they get the profit instead of Walmart but at comparable prices.
Wishing you well in your recovery, thanks for sharing your thoughts and videos. Have you ever considered having a drop axel added to your trailer to increase its capacity. If it works like that and the actual trailer could handle a larger load it might pay itself back with fuel savings and your hourly labor. Wishing you and your family the best.
Hey Ryan You showing Bloomington Wisconsin on your paperwork For the cattle sale I never heard of Bloomington Wisconsin I thought you're going to Bloomington Illinois We have a Bloomington Indiana.
Hey Ryan, Praying for you and pray the surgary goes well under the guidance of GOD's hand. Yes the pole shed needs a down spout pipe on that corner. Man those were Beautiful calves. A new Kuhn spreader is looking better and better. Hey those doors on the grain trailer look like they work really easy I have seen you really struggle opening them. With the harpers running good I would let the helpers open them now. OK now that was more better on the calves. I don't know if you fill the feed bin up or you just put so much in. Maybe you, Dad and Travis can fill the bin full and all 3 can finish all the calves to be sold. Praying for your foot also. Take care, Take it Easy and Put your Trust in JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heal up quick. Great to see those traps rebuilt. It was painful to watch how you struggled to open them. Question: Have you ever considered going direct to consumer on your beef like Our Wyoming Life did with his operation?
Nice one Ryan.. looks like your bro was flagging a bit when dealing with the cattle in the trailer 😅... works to though 😮😊... thanks for posting.. stay safe 🏴

I need to invest in Milwaukee because my Dewalt couldn't do it 🤣
@@HowFarmsWork Dewalt might work now since you had them worked on, just a suggestion so you can take it easy on your shoulder. Good Luck 👍

HELLO
Wishing all of you a peaceful, lucky, happy day
Love the video Ryan and have good recovery , wy did you put some winch under the door to help it open .theyrs lots way to open thoses doors .See you and God Bless .
It sounds like you could chop some corn for silage and feed out some of your fat steers and also feed your cattle during the winter!
I would put pipe into a 2,500 gal tank off that gutter off the corner of that shed so you can have rainwater so you can water your cows with it 💯
I really like those "odd jobs" videos.:)
Ryan have you ever considered just bringing a cordless impact or drill with the right sized socket? Just pull the trigger. No cranking necessary. 😅
Battery or even air since there is air on the truck. I mentioned eariler one like is used to change truck tires could do double duty if necessary.
Feel better soon.
At about 3 minutes you can see a smiley face in the muck in the trailer. Hoping for a speedy recovery.
Nice looking steers
All the best in your down time. Harvest can be hard enough when one is healthy.
This video was put together really good for being a bunch of different clips. Hope the surgery and recovery goes well.
Wishing you a speedy recovery on the surgery. Best of luck
Mighty work Everybody, hope surgery went well and recovery is good, glad You got on so well with Your cattle, They were in great order Ryan, mind Yourself🤞👌👍🙏😎

I was very impressed with the size and weight of your steers when you loaded them. You have excellent genetics in your herd. Congrats.
I hear you when you talk about your shoulder pain! Too bad you can’t use a heavy duty battery impact tool to do the initial opening. Google luck with your surgery.

I've thought about using drop axles before, not sure where we'd get started though!
Great video Ryan and good luck and God bless you on your surgery .
Another very interesting vid Ryan, thank you from Hertfordshire in England

Hey Ryan!! Glad you got the doors fixed on the trailer. Great price on the steers. Good luck with your surgery. How's the foot doing?
I know this is after the surgery. Hope your recovery (and any PT needed afterwards) went well.
Great price on the steers, makes you wish you had a few more!
Heal up quick. Great to see those traps rebuilt. It was painful to watch how you struggled to open them. Question: Have you ever considered going direct to consumer on your beef like Our Wyoming Life did with his operation?
Show. Acompanhando do Brasil.
The Oliver Guy Chris Losey went to a vac system. He was tired of the manual labor of shoveling and sweeping.
Great video How Farms Work
Great video Ryan keep them coming please
Keep up !
vertical beater manure spreader in the future? love the content!
That’s the plan!
Is it worthwhile to run the corn through a wind screener? Less f.m. dockage, higher test weight, and can the dross can be fed to the cattle.
Man that was one big video Ryan 😁💯
Would you be looking into a scale for your cattle? To help keep track of the weights better for selling.
Yes I am!
Would you ever convert the Harvestores for grain storage?
I'm courious if ya ever sell the grain trailer and buy a wet kit for big red and dump trailer....
Nice one Ryan.. looks like your bro was flagging a bit when dealing with the cattle in the trailer 😅... works to though 😮😊... thanks for posting.. stay safe 🏴

I’ll go check, I don’t get that way very often, thank you!
Check , how farms work, I believe that's how they sent it
We received it and have tried a few, thanks for sending it over! It definitely hits the sweet tooth!
That's the way they should be to open.
But you also got another ^6K for your corn. Nice cattle
when do you think you will start harvest?
My F450 dually would not have had a problem. But I had the good sense to buy a Ford…lol
I thought those steers looked really good when you was loading them
What would you figure the profit was on those cows?
Ryan, how old were the cattle you sold
Hope surgery goes well... even if it means no little Ryans running around lol
I was cranking on the landing gear on a loaded trailer and blew out 4 hernias. Like a zipper down my stomach.
Eric
A lot of money in cattle. Didn't realize that.
you may not be overweight but you came out of that driveway at LIGHT SPEED LOL JK
you need to get a Yankum rope, ask Chet Larson
Working cows is in the category of “things not to do with your wife” 😂
Just flat on the bottom tire 😅
I bet a farmer designed that sweep.
Hi
why can't you use a drill?
what are you having surgery for hernia? u didnt say or maybe u didnt want anyone to know
