    Hello
Did you try to adjust the probe compensation?
Could you sweep a range of frequencies, so we could see if the probes have possible resonance frequencies?
    Regards
    Oskari

Hello, good question! I did two takes and believe I forgot to mention in the final. The probes were indeed compensated and the scope was fully warmed up as well. I checked multiple times and also did everything at least 3 times at minimum to be sure the results were similar.
I'm not sure I would be able to give any meaningful results. I will have to have a bit of a think on that to see if I can come up with something that makes sense.

    Hello there!
    I did the Upgrade!
But where do I check it?
    (Edit: figured it all out)

Hi there, in utility>menu>system info it would say 824X if you only ran the first script you need to change the information in this one tinkrelectronic.ca/downloads/siglentkeygen.py and then run it to get the keys.
It is suggested to do it by upgrading to the 100 mhz key (check system info for 814X), load defaults then the 200mhz key load defaults.
Then let the scope run for 30 minutes and run a calibration. Be mindful I have no idea in regards to warranty of the scope should there be issues.
This thread I found useful for information www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/unified-keygen-script-for-siglent/
