Sticking points in the deadlift can happen for many reasons! In the next few videos in the unlocking your efficiency series we are going to cover some of those common sticking points.
In this video we are discussing how to fix the deadlift sticking point off of the floor. In most cases if your sticking point is off of the floor it will most likely be an underlying strength issue. But luckily there are still other factors we can look at and address!
