Love the ghost train/ haunted house/ hotel. The top balcony in the station could have a fog and the Witch statue looking down onto the track? Make it feel like she's cursing your trip through the ride.
Im loving the historical references and research, just such a cool idea seeing a park transform over time! Must be heart breaking seeing your previous work torn down to make way for the new modern changes. Love the series thanks you
This even ended up being over the planned budget but then demands of viewers of the channel also contribute to that too.. if it isn't a good dark ride, it isn't, well, good.. or good enough to watch. So you sorta have to go higher budget than you planned
I suggest switching to the single stage light for lighting your dark rides instead of the small LED flood light. The stage light will cast shadows properly across your dark ride scenes instead of washing the area with glow. You'll find the results to be night and day.

22:38 'cos again it's 1950 so they haven't quite got used to the idea of colour and stuff'... because, everyone knows, colour did not exist prior to its invention 1950💀 Jokes aside, great work as always!
OMG, I totally didn't notice that! These are filmed 3 weeks ago haha... SCREW WIMBLEDON, THE STWARBERRY EATING, RACKET WIELDING WAITROSE SHOPPERS! haha
Phenomenal job as per usual ChaCho. I'm really enjoying developing the lore as we go through time. Question - Obviously you don't do an episode for every year, you go every few years. How often does the park do upgrades? In modern day, parks are updating or adding things every off season. I would imagine, back then, post WW2, attractions would subtlety get upgraded but new stuff would come only every so often. Is that how it worked back then?
Yeah, I had to take the editorial decision to not include these as such in the Eps - my original plan was to have a mini Ep mid-week to cover these, but there is just no interest from viewers. So, what I do instead is go around in each Ep and do some "touch ups" but I rarely talk about them unless they are notable. We are nearly in the realms of having to fit fire exit signs, keep out and height restriction signs to everything and the electrification of lighting / introduction of fluorescent lamps for example.. I will be talking about that, but it has been demonstrated clearly that "you guys" don't seem to care that a tree has grown, a ride has aged, a new bench style is available etc... It is all about the headlines such as new rides available, new food, new themes and the general developments within the industry.
What if you redo the layout with the Shooting darkride track in the Early 2000's? (Keep the "Tracked" Element) (Abit like Duel) As shooting darkrides where all the rage in the early 2000's, I doubt the park would leave the ride for 50+ Years without a refresh, Just a thought.
@@Nerdchacho I sent the comment after you mentioned giving it a themeing update, I must have missed you mentioning adding guns, if you did I apologise for missing it.

Bummed that I missed the Premier. Can't wait to see what comes next with this park... Hopefully nothing burns or no one dies...
The thing I really like about this park is that even though it’s “finished” we still have so many more episodes!
Yeah... and the eps take way less time to do because I'm only doing make-overs and not from scratches...
This is 100% my favourite series so far. Love seeing the changes over time

Love this series it keeps getting better every episode
That was always going to be the way... if only because 1930 is quite bland and the 60's really do change the world...
Great Video as always.
I would love to see you launch cheap fireworks off the flying turns, I'm sure nothing bad could happen... Right?? 😅
Perfectly safe..... 🙈
just wonderful as all time
I love this sort of ride! I wonder if the park will eventually try their hand at a Pirates of The Caribbean knockoff…
Short answer is yes. The longer answer is that I dunno where it is going to go... Well, I do.. but I dunno how to pull it off...
It would be cool to see this turned into a dark coaster like the one at bush gardens in the future
Ooh, wonder if one would fit....
@@Nerdchacho hey man you’re the mastermind of planco I think you could make it fit .. keep up the amazing work
As always, your work is SO detailed, Chacho!! This is brilliant!
Dude ur video keep getting better
Amazing build as always. I have always found it hard to build a realistic and not "over budget" Dark ride in planco.
This even ended up being over the planned budget but then demands of viewers of the channel also contribute to that too.. if it isn't a good dark ride, it isn't, well, good.. or good enough to watch. So you sorta have to go higher budget than you planned
Amazing job! I am absolutely loving this park and how it is transitioning from a nature park to a theme park ever so slightly
We have some expansions in the planning too... I can't wait for the 90s haha
The unusable water ride near the lido could be used here, whether you make it ridable or not
Sorry had to miss the premiere this morning. I had to work, but will be back next week. Great video as always Chacho.
would be such a shame if it became a DARK RIDE (had me in literal TEARS)
This series is awesome!
Happy birthday!! We

I was going for glow, not shadows though.. the result here is exactly what I wanted..
Keep it up bro 💙
Oh man, thank you so much for the dono!! That's so kind!

I wonder what the AC deal would be in that year, because I love a cold dark ride! Lol looks great!
In 1957, non existent.. it would be fans at the most..
This ride is really made for the SCAREDY CATS among us, eh? EH!?!
Wheeey... I totally see what you did there!

Vision was black and white back then, wasn't it?
1 star, someone dumped a bucket of chacho toilet water on me
This looks amazing! Would you ever consider creating a park on console? I’d love to see how far you can stretch the games abilities on console
As I don't have a console... no.. 🙈
I love how tenis courts are removed this week of all weeks ,,, #anti-wimbolden !

I love how you built a tennis court just to destroy it. 😂
Wait until we get to 1963... 🙈
Ya know… i just want in game mulch like planet zoo. Has nothing to do with 1963, but I want mulch.
Funfact, at the end with no music, I sang grim grinning ghosts, just so it could be Disney.
