I thought huskies were the canine masters of the side-eye? I don't remember any bully breed looking at me in that manner, not even playfully (I had a hound that had that kind of look when we were playing keep away and he was "hogging" the toy).
Once, mine was asleep, maybe 8' away from me, and he snored so loudly that I burst out laughing and woke him up. His face seemed to say, "Don't pick on me. I can't help that I snore." @@TrappedinSLC

I love Dobies! The ones I have met were always big babies who thought they were lap dogs, until they snapped into protection mode. One was a 2yr old rescue named Shotgun, because the first day they brought him home, the mailman delivered their mail through the slot in their front door. The dog heard the noise and slammed so hard against that door (made of wood), it sounded like a shotgun blast. AND, he cracked the door down the middle. Hence, the name Shotgun. They also purchased a metal door. The post office insisted on it. LOL😂😂😂😂
It's hilarious it's hard to tell them not to, my girl stays quiet nearly all day and only makes noise when she sees something or she wants me to come outside then she starts scratching the door and making a whole opera scene.
Owner of an English Staffordshire Bull Terrier (well my dog and his parents; I had the joy of assisting the delivery of my pup as the first born, so he is my boy) and I can attest that everything is true.
@@strout899 in the last litter 10, but one that I called Baby Thor, passed after 5 days due to a cleft palate and no vets having the right teet to feed the pup via bottle as he could not latch. He passed peacefully on a warm hot water bottle in a little bed I had made for him and he was in his little sock that was his sleeping bag. That tore me up. So we ended up with 9 pups. 3rd litter we had 7 pups 2nd litter we had 10 pups but the first born was also like Baby Thor, although his name was Rambo. He passed within a day and a half. Which was also very upsetting. 1st litter we had 9 pups. First born I called Boofhead, as he had a massive head, and his new owners kept the name Boof as he suited it very well. When I would analyse the people coming to look at buying and giving my pups a loving home, I would watch how they interacted with the parents of the pups, as well as more than one pup, and strike conversations with them. If they had weird reasons for getting a dog such as “I dunno I think they are cute…” I would veto them and say, sorry they are not for sale. One couple wanted to use the pup as a security dog. I immediately asked them to leave as if they wanted a security dog, an English Staffy was not going to be a good security guard. As well as the fact that they would be trying to train these beautiful family dogs into fighters who attack, which would then cause the negative stigmas of Bull Terriers etc to be catapulted through the community, which could end up really badly for the pup.
Mine is a big goofy guy that still thinks he's a puppy and doesn't realize just how big and powerful he is. He looks menacing but is actually a love bug that loves to snuggle and loaf around.
The sun to grow part took me out. 😂😂😂 My poor baby is currently upset because of our bad weather. He wants to be out so bad that sometimes he tries to sit out in the rain with his raincoat on. 🤣🤣
My pitbull, Don really loves to wear hats and anytime someone asks if he bites I just say no he wears hats take off my hat and put it on him and he used to being smile

When I am petting my pittie-staffi mix, she uses her paw to push my hand down to her chest. If she's not getting a chest rub or a belly rub, then she's not getting loved. So funny and cute.
Heck yes! Even half bully's are the same! They are so adorable, fun and Loving when treated properly. I've seen poodles, chihuahuas who are more aggressive. Especially the first dog I ever fell for! And these 2- remind me of her so so much.

My girl talks all the time. We call it her grumblies. More pats, more attention is required grumblies.
