I've stopped to consume them after many years because of that. I couldn't understand where were my bad headaches from until I decided to drink water instead of light coke...

(Not diagnosing, I just remember how bad multi-day migraines were. Mine got so bad I used to throw up, I’d bang my head against the table or the doorframe to distract myself from the pain. That’s no way to live.) I hope you get some relief. I found a “mask” that covers the entire head, I keep it in the fridge, ever ready, and it has a whole in the top in case you have long hair. It’s smooth and soft so the combo of that and ASMR really helps. Make sure you’re hydrated! Wishing you the best fellow migraine-sufferer. ❤
