Do you know the cause of your migraine? If not, do you drink light sodas or eat artificially sweetened products ? Sweetener can cause very bad migraines. I've stopped to consume them after many years because of that. I couldn't understand where were my bad headaches from until I decided to drink water instead of light coke...
I hope you feel better. If you haven’t spoken to one yet, please talk to a Dr. It may be something as simple as diet but it may also be a nerve or vertebrae issue.
(Not diagnosing, I just remember how bad multi-day migraines were. Mine got so bad I used to throw up, I’d bang my head against the table or the doorframe to distract myself from the pain.
That’s no way to live.)
I hope you get some relief.
I found a “mask” that covers the entire head, I keep it in the fridge, ever ready, and it has a whole in the top in case you have long hair. It’s smooth and soft so the combo of that and ASMR really helps.
