Repent, it's never too late, only when death hits you then it is late. Remember allah is most merciful, but shaitan comes and say why repent, Allah won't forgive you, don't listen to him and repent.
Not that I have any doubts, but when u mention Surahs, do mention the verse/ayaah, n Alhadith reference number from Saha-Satta/6 authentic books or the book u r referring to, since u have put an effort, might as well mention completely to the point.
Different scholars have different opinions regarding this subject.
It's a subject open to interpretation. Some say It's permissible to masturbate to avoid fornication in permissive societies - like Dr. Zakir Naik, while others say It's not.

in Quran you cannot find something about masturbation because this subject is complex. and especially in western societies for example if you dont masturbate the risk to fall into zina or getting a psychological illness is very high. so be rational, wise and use your minds. dont follow so called scholars meanings who say this is haram this is halal without any real 100% evidence from only the Quran! anyone mixing hadithes into finding answers to questions has left Allah´s path of Quran even if his name is imam shafii, or someone else. madhabs for example teach their own parallel systems under the brand Islam but they are not teaching Islam of Quran as they invented and use many (fakes or false) hadithes to bypass Quranverses to make their own hukums and idols and build a parallel religion called sunnism, shiism, ... parallel to Allah´s real religion of Islam according to only what each of you can learn from only the Quran. the system of Quran is very different from what madhabs teach you in many many cases. as long as muslims follow madhabs´ ways they dont follow Islam of Allah and are not on siratul mustakim. They are in dalal and shirk. From perspective of Quran there is plenty of evidence for this. leave respect for so called scholars, fear Allah. try to get your answers first from Quran on yourself. read it like Allah commands. and think like Allah wants from you. Allah will guide you, give you real iman and hikmah, and with time you will see that what Allah teaches is very different from many many systems of nowadays world.
