The graphics ick is something I agree with for the most part but having players pay premium price for an unfinished game that doesn’t have proper lightning or a consistent art-style is probably fuel for the hatred. It takes time, sure, but some players have been waiting for YEARS for a revamp that ends up butchering an old area without any regard to the surrounding environment or original vision. It wouldn’t be so bad if the gameplay wasn’t so brain-numbing and repetitive too, but as many people point out, SSO is in their reputation/collectibles era which is easy and cheap to do as opposed to coming up with new scripted questlines or adding more QOL features.
Absolutely. Players paying premium price, some of which even continuing to put money into the game after purchasing lifetime - do deserve a polished product. This game has a lot of areas that need improvement, whether it be in manners of gameplay mechanics, graphics, and story line. You make good points and I hope Star Stable prioritizes fixing these areas of concern.
As a clubleader (and previous owner) I can say: We always made sure that people have enough time to buy our outfit and horse. With my current club we have a timelimit of 6 months to buy both. And we also don't have a specific horse color, only a breed. So every member is able to choose their favourite color of the breed and if they have multiple colors in their stable (like mos of us) they can switch and ride whatever color they feel like. We don't care about this "it has to look cool" or "dressage needs to be perfect" stuff. We want to have fun and that can only be achieved by allowing chaos to have a place during meetings. Something ALWAYS keeps happening and we live for exactly that. We laugh with each other and not about someone when a mistake happend. We also do not simply invite people into the club. We always ask them either through friend requests or the say chat. If they decline we always accept that and wish them a good day and fun in the game. We totally understand, when people don't want to join, whatever reason they have. I personally also don't kick them from my friendlist immediatley. I keep them there for a while until I either clean up (I have a tendency to only have club members and people I actually talk to on there) or I need the space. Also with members who already are in the club - we are very tolerant about them saying "sorry, but I can't be there for the meeting". We only want them to tell us that they won't be there, so we don't wait for them to join us.

im so with you and the others on the graphics! i will admit i'm biased because i had heard of sso long before i started playing but didn't join because i didn't like the horses and the graphics. i was only convinced to play when i saw the paint horses and kinda mid gen 3 horses and though some of my favorite areas are outdated ones, i'd love for them to get a new look! love you videos :)

About the graphics and so on; I think that many old players wants old things back cause: Everything wasn't so dam5 expensive, it was our childhood and some of us grew up with the game.. Many of us feel like star stable just throws us in to the garbage. I like some of new things, but at the same time it feels like.. kinda sad moving on when u have had many many great memories in old sso and many things were better. It was better cause sso team did focus on more keeping the game good WITHOUT MONEY HUNGRINES, they did lot more better updates and the game didn't have so much bugs.. I could talk about these sad things so much more... i have so much to say.. Sso listens only when they are in danger to loose money as we have seen. Money is everything. Sso doesn't care about gamers. Ps.. Everyone has their own opinion about this thing so no drama, this was just mine..
When sso was created it was made to similarly take after "the first sso game" starshine legacy and they've gone completely off course... same with the new body types, back with the starshine legacies and old sso it was very in style with the skinny look and cool fashion (this is more seen in starshine legacy) and so I think its fair with the new hate for the new characters because the new varieties of the new body types aren't as inclusive as sso promotes cause for a lot of people the smallest body size is still 2x times bigger then our irl bodies, they honestly should have an option for bodies more similar to the old ones, and with the storyline... honest answer is the storyline was better back then because they were continuing and basing it from starshine legacy and they aren't now and it personally doesn't feel like sso anymore because the game used to have a set course and it doesn't anymore so everyone getting annoyed that people don't like the course the game has taken it's cause it was never meant to change the way it did. the graphics are updating and that happens, stuff gets more advanced and that's how it works but it isn't just the graphics updating anymore its everything and what made sso, sso is honestly the fact that it felt nostalgic and homey cause that's how starshine legacy feels and that's how sso was supposed to be and its not anymore.
Certain broken horses are an ick of mine. Like a horse i bought in the bazzar its animations are glitched like your running into a wall. Another ick is how people act in game. I'll be chilling and not in someone's way and then they would yell at me for "being in the way with my hideous horse" even though i had THERE HORSE. But mine was ugly because it had a short mane. And another ick is areas being left abandoned. Like you go there and theres 3 or 4 quest then nothing else. My simi last ick is how fast they release horses. Like i love the horses its why i play but the other aspects like questing and areas are just not getting the attention they need. Last ick i believe. The group, club or friending thing. Like i be minding my business and they spam me and if i join (never usely do) they said heres your role, get thus horse and come to an area. Like bro i had no idea what you wanted and now you expect me to come halfway across the map for a rp i didn't know anything about. Or a club that groups me says they have a certain outfit and horse and how i need to join because im a lvl 19 player so i have sc's and stuff to help them. Or OR the little kids asking me for sc's or to trade my maxed horse to them because they NEED it. Like what? When did i say you could have my horse and stuff? Then theh go into global and yell that i was being mean and stuff. Like why bro. I can't trade in game and secondly your not getting my lippy he's mine. 4:20 No one hates that SSO is updating, we just hate how everything looks so plastic-y, it's like they're copying fortnite with their style. Updating the graphics would mean sticking to the same style of graphics but just updating it, not changing it completely to a new art style. Also we don't have updated horses, we just hate how SSO rushes to push out so many new horses as possible when they're clearly not polished/finished products. And this is at the same time as they're not really giving us any actual game content. It's also very aggressive advertisement and pushing young people to spend in game by releasing so many horses and gear.

You could create your own club. I did that and there's only me, myself and I. I did turn club invites off but it got annoying that whenever i got a friend request it was always people asking if i wanna join their club. Also if i were you i would just keep blocking them till i blocked everyone from that club, ain't no way i'm leaving my server cuz of some annoying kids.
I totally agree, they need to fix their chat filter because TELL ME WHY I tried to write a letter to a local youtuber in my area how I miss her vids blablabla and Star Stable was like “nope! Too offensive!” 😡
My ick is that star stable literally hates the starter….they can’t even wear bell boots and they probably wouldn’t let them wear ear bonnets or blankets I feel so bad omg why can’t they just let starters feel loved ??? I hate how they can’t wear the good things ….:(
