Herb crusted | Rack of Lamb

  • It’s my version of a classic dish, “ roast rack of lamb with black garlic accompanied with mint matcha tea gel. With baby vegetable beetroot & baby carrots.
    Finish up with perigourdine sauce. Anyone can do this in any special occasion or adding to a commercial menu dish.
    Secret Ingredients: Always cook by your heart ❤️

    Interesting. I've never seen rack of lamb prepared with bones removed then reinserted. Wish you had shown that bone reinsertion step in the video. Any advice on that process? And is there any technical benefit to this technique? Thanks.

      Yes you can , just follow the recipe for the lamb and sauce .I suggest that you change the sidings to be much easier for you , plating for 10 person
