Chris Rock did not get that in Min 3:12 Prince was telling him that he was sexually abused as a child when the mother remarried, its unbelievable...( learning the birds & bees the hard way by the mother and this had an influence on his sexuality?) I mean, its obvious what he was telling Rock, the tool just did not get it, like most people who watched this,...

Chris Rock was very fortunate to be able to say he interviewed Prince!! From what has been told, he didn't normally allow himself to be interviewed!!
There will never be another musician and artist like Prince!! He played multiple instruments and very well!!! He composed, arranged, and produced his own music!!! How many can actually say that?
I think when Prince realized how valuable he was, the record companies recognized he was a force to be reckoned with. He wasn't going to allow himself to be manipulated and coerced into signing shady deals.
I am sure he upset a lot of executives when he chose to follow his own path and do his own thing. Hence, the creation of his own label!!
I have much respect for Prince for owning his music and not allowing the sharks to take a bite out of his creations!!! His freedom to do what he enjoyed and to perform with intensity is definitely missed.
He created real music playing many of the instruments himself. He was an amazing artist who is definitely missed!!! RIP Prince!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I always loved him as an artist & the many configurations of his bands. A TOP TIER ARTIST. Multi-talented in vocals & instruments, the compositions, producing, arrangements. The man was music personified. With talented artists by his side he created sounds to last EONS !
I heard him on radio, saw him on film, experienced him in concert & was moved by all of his creations. My life has been enriched by having known him as a maker of music. Most artists pale in comparison. He has volumes of tracks revealing his great talent & there will never be another PRINCE ROGERS NELSON !
I wish his life had lasted longer than my own, but his legacy, his legend & his musical spirit will outlast us all. The world is a better place because he lived in it.
