Nice house but need some updates. Wooden paneling on the walls are just floor planks.. looks very weird.. garden etc looks really nice. Zagaleta is nice but far away. If you have kids in school you better have staff that drives :). Interesting that at least two channels release the same house with just a few days in between. Not the first time that happens 😀

very nice home, i hope they do a Bar in the basmet infront of the swiming glasses window plus a nice seating area and do a nice cinema Room.
delete the Tub in the Room in the basmet and put it inside the big shower, and upgrade the 1st floor master a little bit more and add 10 TVs and outdoor kitchen.
this home plus 100k will be amazing.

@@TheMarobrothers I put a lot of love onto the gifts very special ones at that, I did make all of them myself I can safely say that the gifts Patrick is getting no one will have anything like it with 3 real pearls. I really hope Patrick get's it soon 4 to 6 weeks from the time I mailed it so it should be soon unfortunately I could not get tracking on it so it is a sit and wait game kind of thing.

Your team has presented some truly spectacular homes and properties. This one left me a bit confused.
On the one hand, there are some stunning features. The landscape and grounds, outdoor space - all incredible. But as you made your way through the home - some of the finishing touches for a nearly 10M Euro property seemed to be less-than-premium. The Ikea-grade walk-in closet finishing for one... and then the overhead yellow-plastic fan for another. They just seemed out of place in a home of this price and elegance.
Just an observation from someone who can't afford the property. LOL

I agree that there were some things that should have been added. For example, I know there were 2, but the refrigerators were so small. There should have been a dirty kitchen. Also, the bedrooms were a bit on the small size, thewalk in closets, too. There wasn’t an obvious master bedroom feel to the one they “picked”. I am a car guy, and would have liked to see a larger garage, there was no delineation of where it ended. For this price range, there should be an indoor pool, spa and staff bedroom.
The fridges are tiny .

@@TheMarobrothers Eine Art Rundgang oder Fahrt. Wie die Einkaufszentren aussehen, welche Freizeitmöglichkeiten es gibt. Wie es mit der Infrastruktur im Ort aussieht, welche Gegend mehr englisch oder international ist. Ciao! ;)

Gibt es dort eigentlich Regeln gegen PV Anlagen? Keines der Häuser hat eine, und dabei könnten sich die meisten Häuser zu 100% selbst mit Energie versorgen. Und das bei dem Sonnenschein.
