What are the community fees like? I remember you mentioning Monte Mayor's fees being minimal.
In La Zagaleta, there are the basic community fees, and now you have the option of also paying for golf membership or social membership, which both give residents different access rights to the amenities. The base fees aren´t too bad at all.
