I want to share my husband's rare condition
MoyaMoya disease
In August 2010 my husband,his age was 38 when this happened, suddenly collapsed in bathroom he was unconscious
After all the test he diagnosed with moyamoya disease with basilar tip aneurysm.
Neurosurgeon is another God saved my husband's life.
The sugery double stent assisted coiling done.... He recovered fully within three months and he is very good now.

My brother just had a treatment named intravascular device it's similar to this type of surgery only difference is in this video clot is covered by coil but in my brother case they put a device now he is healthy...

Sir, my mother had a severe headache last Monday. Then I took her to the medical. I did a CT scan and then the doctor said that she had a brain stroke. She already had high BP. Then the doctor said, "Mummy." Asked to admit me, after that gave an injection to mom, after which all the pain of mom ended, then did another CT scan the next day, her report came normal, sir, I am not showing anything, now I brought mom home. My mom on bed rest now, but she is very weak and is having some difficulty in speaking, everything else is fine, mom has not even got paralysis. Sir please tell me can mom be fine like before

Usually if damage is not much, 3 months of rehabilitation- maximum possible recovery occurs. But it's super variable. Discuss with the treating neurologist.

As far as I know - no. Not after initial 12-24 hours. But rehabilitation has no limit. Few countries have awesome rehabilitation programs which make a difference. Alternate sciences r also known to help. And at last - patient's motivation.
