      I don't know if you read comments..I request you to pls make leg exercises for women(40+) ,no knee stress. No plunge no squats.. I follow only your videos..and I see results.. only can't do knee exercises coz have knee problem

    sir....please add a 5 days at home dumbell workout routine.....only dumbells or bodyweight...no bench.....each day targeting different muscle groups.....thanks

    Bro, Kindly suggest me what kind of exercises i can do daily in the gym, i'm following your weekly plan, but i saw in the gym ppl do other workouts for chest, back, biceps & triceps, but i am doing routine same 5 to 6 exercises every day, please suggest which are the best workouts for daily & routine for months or even years for the best results.
    i'm confused which workouts should i do for the best results.
