Ok so I was the same age as you when I started. I am a whole new person now. First, make yourself Play sm sport that works for your body And i would advice to go and gym. Less is more. 4 days is enough. Follow a high protein diet. Read sm good books, learn sm new art. Make your personality. Second, Start taking care of your body and looks.(not to spend a lot) I suggest finding specific products for your skin type and hair type. Get a good hairstyle for your face shape. Basically start grooming. Remember to stay consistent and you will see the magic.
Exfoliate your lips with sugar before going out, use a SPF containing lip balm and lip balms containing hyaluronic acid. Personally I'd reccomend to damp your lips, apply any hyaluronic acid (Hyalogic is a good one) and then apply a thick layer of SPF lip balm like Sun Bum or anything like that to avoid your lips becoming dark
What I do personally is brush my lips to get the dead skin off the first time you do it you might have a bit of blood but after that it should be fine and then keep it moisturized
