Luke on hamstring curls i use same setup with bar like that but stick a pad under so you would lock your feet more under the bar..and then put onother bar bar higer on the pins in neck height and just put rubber band on the bar and put it over you under the arpits behind your head and will help you alot with controling on the way down and up

Best powerlifter of all time. I don't normally rate relative strength over absolute strength, but he is so far ahead of the curve @90kg, that it's just superhuman.
More than that, he does it with a high bar squat, conventional deadlift and not too much arch in his bench.

Most of the bars will come from Rogue. in the UK we have a Kratos bar, but i have no idea if they are the same, so strongmen will have to use extenders altho Thor probably has been gifted kit by Rogue

Oh no why have you gone back to this this Raw strongman has been some of the best videos you guys have done for a while but no it wasn't enough you've gone back to collab with another person with you tube videos so disappointing. I don't understand why not just yourself but all these strongmen have to do videos with you tubers are you getting payed extra cause from my point of view as a purist I find it pathetic and lame.
Because Strongman have to colabs it gives them exposure plus also doing this helps Strongman maybe work with powerlifters
410 ain't shit . That won't get you top 3 on deadlift with Hooper, Thor, Martins, Bobby doing more now
