I lost around 32 pounds in 5 months went from 256 to 224 and still going helps with my type 2 diabetes :) as soon as I got diagnosed I cut cold turkey on soda candy and carbs also smaller portions and did treadmill everyday hope I'll be able to stay off insulin I'm trying really hard my A1C is currently 6.9 (caught the disease early before it got bad) I do treadmill 30 min a day 😊

just wanting to ask, it sounds like most people who use this cut out sugars and carbs and work out..wouldnt just doing those things help without the Ozempic? asking because a friend will be starting it aswell

Glad you hear you lost weight, but there really is nothing here to learn from other than diabetics who wish to lose weight should go talk to a doctor.

Start by finding a new name for yourself. I lost weight by joining the local Y.
Please change your name! I know that’s how you feel! But loving yourself even if your fat is the first part of losing weight! You need to have the right mind set! Nothing is easy about losing weight! Everyone is different my weight gain comes from insulin and yea although i should stop drinking soda! That’s my drug of choice! Not chips not candy , over eating! Diabetic for 22 years! And can’t say no to soda! Is my issue! And I feel ugly sometimes because people think I’m pregnant when I’m not! But it’s easier to go along with “ you’re expecting “ than try to explain an insulin resistance stomach 🤦🏽♀️ so please first thing let’s change that name! Even if losing weight is not fast or happening! Love yourself FIRST! ALWAYS! 🥰
