Can you believe that in the 1960’s and early 70’s there was no lake in the Roseg Valley. Piz Roseg, Piz Bernina and Piz Tschierva above the Tschierva hut were my most unforgettable climbing experiences in those years when I was young. The Roseg glacier extended deep into the valley! Unbelievable the change of these melting glaciers! Thank you for the great photography and inspirational narrative, Bruno!

Grazie a presto ! Sfiori sempre la perfezione ... Tutta l'Engadina é magnifica estate e inverno.

And of course, stunning drone shots as always, keep it up!

Last april, more than a million cubic meters of debris collapsed on the north face of Piz Scerscen into Val Roseg. The rock masses pile up into the valley over a length of over five kilometers. Val Roseg changed forever and the lake is now almost impossible to reach.

Come explore Colorado! we have 55 mountains over 4000 meters high and 117 mountains over 3000 meters! That is more than all of the 4000 meter mountains in the Alps of Switzerland, France, and Italy combined! Only counting summits separated by at least 100 vertical meters...

From where you were standing in your last clip, you could have just taken the trail going left up to the mountain hut at the top of Fuorcla Surlej, hiked another 25 miuntes to the Corvatsch mountain station, taken the cable car down to the valley and from there the train or post bus to Pontresina. It would have saved you at least 4 hours, which I think you would have loved to save. I also noticed you decided not go all the way to the Chamanna Coaz for at least a coffee and breakfast, but somehow you forgot to mention that. I know, the trail to get there is very steep and long and exhausting. I'll also be the diplomat and surpress comments on your choice of shoes, clothes and your general lack of knowledge of the area, poor timing of the departure and walking times (past sun down in wet, slippery, rocky terrain) and weather risks your iPhone told you were to be encountered on this specific trail. Walking in wet clothes in a summer rain storm over open alpine terrain (like you did) can get you killed with just one strike of lightening. Then, to be the maximum coolest youtube vlogger, you decide to hike shirtless in broad sunlight with maximum high-altitude UV exposure the next day. You'll notice that the people that live there and actually know what they are doing do NOT hike shirtless. Ever.
I know, they are also not cool.
On the plus side, the video DID turn out to be nice. Good composition, good colors. But the risks you took were clearly too high for just a nice video.
