Thank you fellow HRBP, - I struggle with the volume of meetings to have thinking/processing time. Many days I don't take a break and lunch is a pipe dream.
I know! It does happen to many of us, even when we work from home toilet breaks and having lunch is an issue. I think ever since I had my boy, I have become a lot more strict as he is my priority, I do often slip up into my old ways. I am also a typical completer/finisher it does get to me sometimes! Thoroughly enjoyed this vid, I could listen to you speak all day! I understand your content was quite specific to professions in the HR field but I felt this resonate to any professional role as the fundamental work routines & ethos you speak about are quite relative. The main point I really liked, & I don't often hear managers say this, is empowering staff to take tasks not only off your plate but to use them as experience for their own growth 👏🏾 Great leadership quality!

Thanks a lot, great video. I am about to graduate university with a masters degree in management and now want to apply for jobs in HR.. set my goal to becoming an HRBP one day. Sounds like the job I really want to do :)
@@SanjaWilliams Thanks for your reply :). I live in germany - cologne (in general I am not restricted to cologne, hence not even restricted to germany - but that might be more difficult to execute). I thought about graduate programs but ever since corona there were close to non up for application. My current strategy is to try and find a job in HR graduate programs or "Trainee" positions (which is kinda on an equal level to graduate programs). I am still thinking a lot about the best entry position to start.. by that I mean if it's bad to start in a more specific area such as recruiting and working my way towards an HR generalist or keep insisting on trying to find an entry level job in general hr management. I greatly appreciate any word of advice :).
@@rolfich7219 well! We lost! 😖 Anyway, re HR graduate schemes, there is a great scheme I am aware which is a graduate scheme DHL, they have a few business and HR opportunities every year - careers.dhl.com/studentsgraduates/global/en/lead have a look and explore their website further. Also, check out international public sector bodies UN, UNICEF but I would also explore opportunities on KPMG, pwc, Deloitte, E&Y, Accenture, McKinsey websites as they have great programmes for trainee consultants or junior consultants in HR, business, organisations design. Once you are in as an internal candidates you will have better opportunities as these companies have grow their own talent and you can certainly benefit from it. Are you active on LinkedIn?

Thank you for your wonderful sharing. I just took a chance switching from recruitment to HRBP without a proper preparation so I’m trying to adopt as much as knowledge and understanding for the role. Agree with you that we don’t really need a degree to get into the field. There 2 things I’m curious about that I hope you could help clarify: 1. When an HR issue comes up, how you know what you should do about it? Like what solution should be applied and the model/framework/process you should implement. 2. Knowing what to do for your people is a natutal talent that an HRBP already have or it can be gained from learning or reading lots of books? Thank you so much. Your channel is definitely on my list of reference sources from now on.
Hi Trinh, thank you for your lovely comment and watching my videos. My channel will definitely help you get some ideas, tools and suggestions for your considerations. My answers to your questions: 1. When an HR issue comes up, I tend to go through is there a policy that is applicable to the situation, such as a disciplinary, grievance, maternity leave, redundancy policy etc and then follow the relevant policy and process set out in it. If it is an organisational change, changes to a team or department, then I would look at a business case and what is required to ensure the approved changes are implemented. Actually my next video I am planning to publish tomorrow will focus on change management tomorrow. It will depend on what problem you are trying to address, but start from already existing polices and procedure and if they don't exist, see if you can create one to ensure you, managers and employees are clear on how you will deal with it. 2. HRBP role as most roles are learnt through experience, learning, reading, willingness to do well, by being curious which you seem to be anyway. All this combined will enable you to be seen as talent and do well. I do offer 1:1s, why don't you book a coffee call with me to discuss in more detail and then we can agree a structured support if you need to work with a work coach on demand? I already work like this with a few stand alone HR Business Partners who I speak weekly or bi weekly and often need to consult with me or need me to review something with them etc www.focusyourself.co.uk/book-online Digital Store with templates and tools I use, I will upload weekly you may find useful too www.focusyourself.co.uk/shop Speak soon Best wishes Sanja

I have recently taken over this role. Just landed up on your channel and finding it useful, thanks. QQ- As a HRBP we get a lot of unscheduled calls in between, how do you manage your focus and also how do you prioritize and accomplish deliverables / tasks for the day?
Hi, random calls to you from managers or employees will depend on which HR operating model you work in. So if you have shared services, HR operations in place who deal with initial queries, then those calls need to go them to respond to or emails to respond to. In large organisations, managers and employees need to raise a ticket in the system. If there is no such thing in place where you are, then you need to re-contract with your allocated business areas as to what they need to contact you for. Try to do some analysis as to what they contact you about it and produce FAQs docs or links or information you can provide. Also, try to schedule an hour of each day to review and respond to emails or missed calls. You dont have to answer it as soon as they call you. If you have teams, perhaps they can drop messages there and you can respond when you have allocated the slot each day to do this. This work is viewed as reactive and I can see why you wouldn't want to do it. How big is the HR function you work in? Large organisations are great at this, small to medium you can expect all sorts of things to do you would never do in a large organisation that is set up properly.

Hey Sanja, nice that I found you! I'm really interesting in working as an HRBP after my Master and your video helps a lot to get an overview about this role. I hope I can make the step into this position cause they told me it's hard to get inside of this directly after school. Do you have any tips for me? Greetings from Germany :)
Hi Karoline, first of all congratulations on doing your master's degree. I assume it is in HR. If not, what have you chosen to focus on? In order to work in HR, there is no essential and formal requirements, although people do complete courses, often study for a degree in HR etc which does help and looks good on your CV. Do you have graduate schemes in Germany as they are a great way into this field. Graduate schemes are very popular in the UK. What did you study as your undergraduate degree?

Excellent video, thank you Sanja! I found this so interesting and insightful. You have a great approach! I am an Advanced English Communication Coach for HR professionals. As an English Language Specialist, I create programmes for HRBPs / managers / specialists who aren't native speakers of English. What would you say would be the most useful thing for such a professional to learn / master in English?
Hi Katie, great question. English is also my second language. I have lived and worked in England for a long time which clearly is the best way to learn English. I do appreciate not everyone has this opportunity. I would suggest reading HR/Business related books and HBR (and many other great blogs) articles in English to start with, clearly watching HR related videos in English is another great way, listening to various HR/Business related podcasts. I am sure you break down various HR subjects in your programme with examples. Working with a coach like yourself, perhaps even having a work coach who does what they do (which is what I also offer for now). It is a commitment and for someone who is keen to learn will use a combination of above on a daily basis.

Hello. We do need to be aware of following: Salaries, bonuses - cost per FTE, cost of overall teams/departments. For this you can work alongside finance/accountant allocated to the department. You need to be aware of allocated budgets, such as L&D budgets for the full year. Vacancies, re grade requests - is there any money in the budget for this? Growth requests Then sickness, absence and cost per FET/per day contributes to be the overall cost of the team. These are some initial ones I can think of. Before any decision is made on above, finance need to be consulted. So you wouldn’t be on your own, but knowing a budget of your team will equip you to challenge and provide insightful comments to your SLTs.

Hi Preethi. Thank you for watching the video. Yes, influencing is quite interesting part of our roles. I find if we have a department head’s support, senior leadership team lead for the relevant team support, it works quite well in our favourite when we have to land certain people actions. But also sitting down with them and discussing as to why they are reluctant to do anything, could it be they are too busy, perhaps past HR experience that had a negative impact on them, and seeking to re contract as to what your role is what you can for them. Can you give me an example of actions you see to establish and reasons for resistance? Yes happy to get in touch too. My email is info@focusyourself.co.uk

Could you also share which course should the beginner HRBP start with?
Hi Vicky, hope you are well. You are welcome. Thank you for your comment. Where do you live and work? You will rarely find an HRBP course that teaches you how to approach and do your job. Hi Tushar, do you live in Australia? I find that yes having these additional accreditations such as CIPD for us in the UK, or AIHR in Australia it does help. However, if you are doing an MBA HR sometimes these courses are already accredited so you get it by default. Is your course accredited by any HR institute?

Hi Sanja, that's a great video. I'm currently working as HRBP in India. I would like to know about the HR courses which are accepted globally? Also could you share your thoughts on AIHR, how good is it? TIA, Good day 😊
Hi Daya, hope you are well. Thank you for your feedback and watching. Yes of course. CIPD (chartered institute for personnel development in the U.K.) and AHRI, have a mutual recognition agreement. I guess if you complete either of their courses, you will get a reputable qualification at the end of the day. You can read more about it here: www.cipd.co.uk/membership/grades/ahri-agreement#gref This is another interesting post www.cipd.co.uk/Community/discussion-forum/international/rest_of_europe_world/f/rest-of-europe-world/70994/cipd-qualifications-and-other-countries#gref www.ahri.com.au/ahri-membership/individual-membership/cipd-and-ahri/ I personally think that in terms of professional accreditation, credibility, professional dedication, continuous professional develop, up to date trends, research etc that we should aim to be part of a relevant institute. Most professions have their own institutes, marketing, engineering, finance, you name it. It does look good on your CV. However, I know many people in the U.K. who have ended up in HR, progressed well with no HR qualifications in place. I think that experience and exposure trump any qualification. HR is after all unregulated field and many manage to get in and progress with no qualifications. Masters in HR would be another option to explore rather than a course if you have an undergrad degree. If I was you and wanted an HR qualification internationally recognised, I would explore a masters in HR/business or level 7 CIPD/AHRI, which is equivalent to a postgraduate diploma (but it won’t be cheap). You also have a degree in HR so there is a proper well established profession, with university degrees, as well as HR courses offered by many training providers which give you relevant CIPD/AHRI accreditation. Over time they have become quite expensive in the U.K., I suspect the same pattern follows in Australia for AHRI. Were you thinking of emigrating to Australia? If you get AHRI accreditation of some sort, as per above, you can also apply for CIPD membership too. So it is a decent investment at the of the day, to be part of a community, and access to latest data, research and trends. You can also get HR trends for free on KPMG, pwc, Deloitte, E&Y websites, they publish HR reports every year that I often use and refer to. So you can really maintain your CPD for free this way too. home.kpmg/xx/en/home/insights/2019/11/future-of-hr-2020-key-insights.html I had a career change from law to HR in 2011 so I did a CIPD course level 3 and the level 7 for my own benefit really as I wanted to understand the HR field and expertise. Hope this helps. Best wishes. S

It was an wonderful over all, I have a question I hope I will get an answer. If I want to take a dual specialization along with HR, what would be better or good is it Operations management or Business analytics ? which one will go along with HR ?
Thank you for your comment and feedback. It’s much appreciated. I would say business analytics as we need to work with data to help business make better decisions and impact on people. Operations management is fine too, but this is all about leadership and maintaining employee engagement and productivity whereas insights and data help you analyse team performance and intervene early where needed.

Hi Sanja, I stumbled upon your video and definitely had great insights. I am currently working as Leave Analyst (specialist) with few years of HR Generalist experience as well. What would be your recommendation towards growth progression?
Hi Deepti, thank you for a lovely comment. What does Leave Analyst do? Do you analyse attrition rates, exit interviews etc? In terms of growth progression, I would focus on general data, not just reporting data but how to analyse it and suggest recommendations. This is a gap in my view as most data teams just do reporting. I would also focus on business analysis and seek to develop this skillset too. In general terms I often see Workforce Planning as a great team to work in with your skillset. You can eventually become a head of workforce planning, then resourcing too. So if you see you start from one place and diversify your skillset to become a generalist with a strong focus in a few areas. If you don’t have many opportunities where you work, see if you can create them for yourself. For example by crafting a data dashboard for departments with relevant people data. Hope this helps. Hi Payal, I have published a video on how to be effective in our jobs which you may find useful to watch. From an HR perspective, I tend to equip myself with latest updates across the organisation, external and internal, and bring this to my senior leadership team meeting or manager meetings attention for a discussion and creative thinking/predicting problems we need to solve, or exploring opportunities to recruit or do something more effectively in line with the business strategies. My departments like when I am up to date and keep them on their toes so we proactively manage challenges and opportunities relevant to them and wider business.
@@payaljain8969 in terms of data, I get on a monthly basis grievance data, disciplinaries data, attendance and sickness data, attrition, vacancies, recruitment updates if we have campaigns open. I pull it together in a pack and discuss at formal monthly meetings where I provide my views and guidance to either be aware of it or do something about it if I have any concerns.

Great video Sanja. As a HRBP, did you took some HR certification such as SHRM-CP etc? Based on your professional opinion, do you think those HR related professional certifications would be necessarily needed?
Hello, thank you for your comment and feedback. It’s much appreciated. To be honest, I don’t think anyone needs an HR qualification to work in HR. If we look at how it works in the UK, we have a number of routes to get into HR. I did a video on it too. We have an HR degree route which is a University degree. If people want to go to a university, I would very much encourage people to do a business degree and select a few HR modules instead. Also, we have a CIPD institute in the UK - chartered institute of personnel development. They offer qualifications that are offered directly by them and approved training centres. There are levels to be completed and then you become a chartered HR member as one example. Another way is experience and assessment of your experience is also taken into account so you don’t have to complete any qualifications. Many organisations in the U.K. simply state on their job adverts a CIPD or HR qualification desirable rather than essential. I would encourage anyone to consider an HR apprenticeship route as you work, get paid, get qualifications this way paid by the organisation. This is how it is at least in the U.K. Any qualification can indeed look good on your CV, shows you are interested in a relevant field. But if you can get into HR, progress without it, it is isn’t an essential requirement then I wouldn’t do it. I moved to HR and started in my first HR role with no formal HR qualification in place. All I had my law degree, experience as a paralegal who advised on employment law which I used to transfer to HR (I didn’t want to become a lawyer in the end). I did a basic level 3 HR course to understand the HR filed a bit more for my own benefit rather than because I needed it to work in HR. So is this an essential or desirable requirement where you live? Let’s start from this question first.
@@SanjaWilliams I currently live in Malaysia. And soon will be travelling to Johannesburg, South Africa for a HR position as offered by a Tech company since my graduation from university last year. Unfortunately, what I pursued during my tertiary education was Business Administration. In comparison, I might not have strong advantages to those who specialise in HR studies since I took some of the HR related subjects (Recruitment, resourcing, etc) as my elective/minor subjects. Hence, am looking to go for some professional HR certification that could help me to build a more structural and comprehensive understanding to function as a good HR personnel. I'm not sure if the HR certification such as SHRM-CP is important as for HR personnel at Africa. But it's definitely neither essential need nor required for Malaysia's HR employees before becoming a qualified HR individual regardless of big corporation or those SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises) By the way, thanks for sharing a lot on how things work in the UK. 👍
@@littlebanana6425 let me think about my further suggestions. The company that’s hired you, would they pay for it or would you have to pay for it yourself? Are you after a formally recognised qualification or simply to understand a holistic HR function and generalist vs specialist HR roles? In which case I can share all this with you.
@@SanjaWilliams Will be paying by myself. I'm planning to pursue some HR certification for the purpose of self-enhancement after working for around a year or two, but not sure if it's really helpful for my career. The company that I work for don't require us to achieve those certification, I'm just doing it for myself, to have a more depth understanding towards how HR functions.
@@littlebanana6425 ok, I’ll come back to you with my further suggestions. As you work internationally, let’s make sure you complete an internationally recognised qualification. I know CIPD is, so check out their website for now. You also have AHRI in Australia. www.ahri.com.au www.cipd.co.uk Also think about a masters in HR as another way to get some HR qualification. If you see level 7 in the U.K., it’s normally equivalent to a masters in the U.K. You can also contact both CIPD, AHRI and see what they suggest as one more option.
Hi, I hope the offer materialises soon. Congratulations in any event. If you already work in HR, have an MBA. I wouldn't do anything else for now. If you want and have time and money, then yes go for a master's in HR. Even psychology is a good combination. If you are in the UK you can complete CIPD courses and you have similar ones in the USA/Australia etc that are more HR specific. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more queries. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience with us. Which course do you suggest to cover all HR aspects in general? noting that no former HR background as I'm a B.SC graduate. Thank you
Hi, I suggest that you explore HRM - HR Management as it’s a general course. As you have a degree, I would encourage you to do level 7 CIPD or Masters in HRM. There is no need for you to do level 3 or level 5 CIPD. I did level 3 and then level 7. Skipped level 5. I have a law degree and they were happy to accept me on level 7. Where do you live before I suggest further?
@@SanjaWilliams Thanks for your response, I currently live in Saudi Arabia, however, I intend to move to a different country in 4 or 5 years in hope of making my own business, therefore, this could be the last station, my new role in HR department will be Talent & OD specialist or HRIS Analyst depending on skills & knowledge I have acquired during my Training period, but I'm with your opinion having HR general knowledge rather than dedicating efforts to a certain area like Talent or Benefits. Hello, I'm currently looking to do a masters degree however I'm stuck between a human global resource management masters or a occupational psychology masters as I'm not exactly sure which is more beneficial
Hi Kamila, what undergrad degree did you complete? Are you in England/UK? Hey, I am looking to become HR Business Partners in the future after I graduate. Can you please tell me what I have to start out/ what kind of internship I need before becoming HR Business Partners and how long does it took you before you become HR Business Partner.
Hi Jonny, are you based in the UK? I suggest that you target large sector organisations as you will have more support and structured programmes. I would also encourage you to apply for HR grad schemes as they are often on a fast track to become senior leaders than someone who starts as an HR admin and works their way up (It takes longer). I am aware that Nestle have just advertised for their HR grad scheme in the UK, check it out.www.nestle.com/jobs/students-graduates Link to the HR grad scheme - nestle.apply.cappats.com/jobs/view/515 If you have queries - send a message to the recruiter - www.linkedin.com/in/charlotteparnell/ Are you active on LinkedIn? If not, I suggest that you create an account you will see lots of opportunities advertised there and you can message people directly who work for all these organisations you would like to be part of. My friend for example did a gap year at Disney in London, and after her graduation she rejoined them in a talent management role and really developed this way. Meanwhile, as you are still at Uni (what degree is it btw?), I would see to do internships to build relationships and connections this way, so if you follow relevant, ideally large sector organisations and apply for internship schemes, this would be great. Do not wait to graduate, do it as you do it to build your CV and demonstrate how you have developed yourself, how you were curious to learn about new industries and sectors. Also, if you are in the UK - check our civil service HR scheme and other grad schemes they offer, they are great I hear - www.faststream.gov.uk/human-resources/index.html Do you have a preferred sector or industry you would like to work in? I studied law and had a career change from law to HR in 2011, so I would say to be a true business partner where I am not doing any transactional activities it took me around 4/5 years. HR Business Partner is all about being able to influence, negotiate, suggest, create, lead on, have challenging conversations in a professional way, predicting issues by working with data, adding proactive value rather than reactive. Some HR professionals only deal with reactive matters, a problem happens and then you have to sort it out. With proactive side, you get to prevent it from taking place in the first place and continue to add value and bring a team, organisation to live to its vision and mission. So whenever you start working and if you want to develop evidence as to what you did and how you did it, start creating and leading on add value projects, initiatives, solve problems, enable etc and volunteer for projects and other activities that you know you speak about at your job interviews. It is all about your potential in a way and willingness to do this. If you ever need a chat with me, you can book a coffee call -www.focusyourself.co.uk/book-online Best wishes Sanja
@@jonnymcgrath4816 Hi Jonny, I see, do you have HR grad schemes in the USA you could apply for? Consider international organisations as sometimes you get great secondments worldwide. Even I am now looking at some of their opportunities.
@@jonnymcgrath4816 Hi Jonny, it is a Human Resources graduate scheme for people who have completed a university degree. They are popular in the UK. We also have many apprenticeships for most industries (engineering, HR, law, journalism etc) for people who do not go to university who can work and earn and after 3 years they get a degree that is equivalent to a university degree.
Hi Muskan, thank you for your comment. Organisational psychology is definitely a bonus skillset to work in HR, in any HR role. You will often see references that psychology and HR are closely linked as disciplines, so psychology graduates often end up working in HR if it helps. In order to progress to an HRBP, you would just need exposure, influencing managers/senior managers /leaders and creating/leading on initiatives and projects to generate relevant experience. For me an HRBP role is a key enabler between an organisational strategy and people strategy as a business often is not sure about activities they need to in order to bring the organisational strategy to life if this helps.
@@MuskanKumari-vv4mk I think that if you have occupational psychology qualifications, or would like to have, you can develop behaviour competency frameworks, design job profiles, create assessments for junior and senior roles, lots of ideas really. I love psychology!

Hi Nancy. If there is a conflict between two departments this is technically outside the role of HRBP. This is for the executive team to deal with. So if you are seeing something that is not being addressed, I would escalate it to the relevant Exec lead. If it is two personalities clashing that has detrimental impact on their departments then the same should follow. An intervention would be needed to mediate. Is this what you are experiencing?

Thoroughly enjoyed this vid, I could listen to you speak all day! I understand your content was quite specific to professions in the HR field but I felt this resonate to any professional role as the fundamental work routines & ethos you speak about are quite relative. The main point I really liked, & I don't often hear managers say this, is empowering staff to take tasks not only off your plate but to use them as experience for their own growth 👏🏾 Great leadership quality!
Hi Ash. Thank you. It’s much appreciated.

Thanks a lot, great video. I am about to graduate university with a masters degree in management and now want to apply for jobs in HR.. set my goal to becoming an HRBP one day. Sounds like the job I really want to do :)
Thank you for your comment and sharing your plans. Have you considered HR graduate schemes? Where do you live so I can comment and signpost further?

There 2 things I’m curious about that I hope you could help clarify:
My answers to your questions:

How good at finance does an HRBP need to be? This part intimidates me! Thanks
Hello. We do need to be aware of following:
Salaries, bonuses - cost per FTE, cost of overall teams/departments. For this you can work alongside finance/accountant allocated to the department.
You need to be aware of allocated budgets, such as L&D budgets for the full year.
Vacancies, re grade requests - is there any money in the budget for this? Growth requests
Then sickness, absence and cost per FET/per day contributes to be the overall cost of the team.

Hello again, in addition to my previous message, please see attached 2 tools I recommend to be used in our roles (if interested, subscribe to my blog website as I share a lot of material on a weekly basis, no spam or ads to spoil your reading - www.focusyourself.co.uk)
1. Coaching conversation by using a 4C model - contact, contract, conversation and conclusion. Hi. I usually finish by 4. Fridays I finish by midday. Salary wise, I live and work in England - salaries for BPs go from £30k to over £100k. This does depend on what level you partner. If you partner exes and VPs you will earn between £60-£100k plus. Especially if you work in financial sector, they pay a lot. I was an employment law paralegal, I have a law degree. Hi Sanja,
Nice video on HRBP. After pursuing MBA HR, I am pursuing certificate courses from AIHR.
Are AIHR certificates a good addition to the resume?

Hi Daya, hope you are well. Thank you for your feedback and watching. Yes of course. CIPD (chartered institute for personnel development in the U.K.) and AHRI, have a mutual recognition agreement. I guess if you complete either of their courses, you will get a reputable qualification at the end of the day. You can read more about it here: www.cipd.co.uk/membership/grades/ahri-agreement#gref

I personally think that in terms of professional accreditation, credibility, professional dedication, continuous professional develop, up to date trends, research etc that we should aim to be part of a relevant institute. So you can really maintain your CPD for free this way too. home.kpmg/xx/en/home/insights/2019/11/future-of-hr-2020-key-insights.html
I had a career change from law to HR in 2011 so I did a CIPD course level 3 and the level 7 for my own benefit really as I wanted to understand the HR field and expertise.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.

You can always book a call with me if you wish to discuss further - www.focusyourself.co.uk

But it's definitely neither essential need nor required for Malaysia's HR employees before becoming a qualified HR individual regardless of big corporation or those SMEs (Small and medium-sized enterprises)
By the way, thanks for sharing a lot on how things work in the UK.
You also have AHRI in Australia.
www.ahri.com.au

Also think about a masters in HR as another way to get some HR qualification. If you see level 7 in the U.K., it’s normally equivalent to a masters in the U.K. You can also contact both CIPD, AHRI and see what they suggest as one more option.
I may have an offer for an HRBP role. I already have an MBA. Would any further specific education help me advance? Masters in HR? Other?
Hi, I hope the offer materialises soon. Congratulations in any event. If you already work in HR, have an MBA. I wouldn't do anything else for now.
I am aware that Nestle have just advertised for their HR grad scheme in the UK, check it out.www.nestle.com/jobs/students-graduates
Link to the HR grad scheme - nestle.apply.cappats.com/jobs/view/515
If you have queries - send a message to the recruiter - www.linkedin.com/in/charlotteparnell/
Are you active on LinkedIn?
Also, if you are in the UK - check our civil service HR scheme and other grad schemes they offer, they are great I hear - www.faststream.gov.uk/human-resources/index.html
Do you have a preferred sector or industry you would like to work in?
