Great Kodak cameras, My first digital camera was a Kodak DC5000, a rugged outdoors camera 2.1 mp, I still have it and it still works. Love to see these old cameras get the spotlight again! Thanks for sharing! I don't know what Kodak was thinking with the Comic Sans menu system? I guess they wanted it to be friendly and readable on a small screen!
Thanks! I think you're right regarding the menu system approach. Still, it's quite crazee! Don't wanna be too nitpicky, but I believe it's a font more similar to "Marker felt" than Comic Sans, actually. 😁
That's cool. 😎 You would need a card reader that takes Compact Flash cards. I'm using a Hama "35 in 1" card reader that can read many formats. It uses USB-A to connect to the computer. Depending on your computer's ports, find a USB-A or C-card reader. 🙂
Yeah seems too big, I think I used a 32 MB one... so try and find some old school CF-card. I'm not sure about the maximum capacity, but my advice would be to stay in the 16-64 mb range.
0:48 "Is there a reason to upgrade if you already own the DC200?" This is a rather bizarre question that only camera hoarders would understand, when the upgrade is a 25 year old 1 MP camera, that is the size of a brick.
I just became your 1000th subscriber!
It was pretty satisfying…
That's legendary! Thanks for helping me hit this milestone! 😁🥳 It's cool to reach it before the calendar turns 2025.
This channel is gold. Absolutely.
Golden comment!

what's the maximum capacity of cf card it can take? I have a hard time formatting my 4GB CF card it's taking hours.
