I just wanted to say thank you so much for these videos! You’re the reason I was able to get through all my Aleks topics and you also helped me understand my chem 120 class this semester a lot better! ☺️🙌
Thank you for explaining that we don't have to worry about ALEKs wanting the answer in kJ while our answers are in kJ/mol lol. The whole reason I searched up this video was to find an explanation for that!
If the problem gives the concentrations of the reactants, but only grams of the product (with no Liter value), how do I solve for the Q if I don't know the molarity of the given product in grams?
I noticed towards the ending you changed the signs after getting -11448 j/mol. Why is that? How come you didn’t just do (-32.8 kj/mol) + (-11.448 kj/mol)? I tried and got the wrong answer but i want to know why 🤣

ALEKS is a tricky little bugger sometimes :)
what do I do if the problem gives me concentrations instead of pressures? help me roxi I love you
❤️ you can use concentration in place of the pressure

Is the product a solid? If so, it’s left out of the calculation of Q. Only use (aq) and (g) to solve for Q, just like K.
@@RoxiHulet okay! so then since the product is solid, would the numerator to solve for Q, be one?
@@sundyn9951 yep!

hey, I watched the video and I don’t see the point where I changed a sign. Could you be a little more specific?
