I loved your video about your favorite movie. In it you mentioned Mama Mia, like you i also love that movie. It holds a special place in my heart because the music being all done with the band ABBA was my parents favorite band, i fondly remember going on many trips as a child and young adult listening to all there favorite Abba songs, they were my two best friends and since there passing away in "08" life has never been the same. I mourn for the two of them every second of the day! When Mama Mia came out i couldn't wait to see it and in my ❤️ u know they watched it too, so watching Mama Mia brings me great joy and so do your video's. Thank you for sharing and please keep uploading your beautiful, relaxing videos.

I do like your pages, but I understand that it can be hard when what you envisioned is not the end result. However, in each of these movies, the main characters also had their paths altered or faced 'hiccups' and persevered so in a way, your page actually reflects those themes. I so enjoy your videos. Greetings from Greece. Your journal pages have personality, you express your world in blank pages. My favorite part is how gave to the blanket patterns with masking tape. Not exactly a fan of Mamma Mia movie but I like ABBA so for me their songs, it's light spirit and Meryl Strip are enough to watch it in a Summer day. Dear Ara: I am a subscriber from Texas, USA. You, with your lovely drawings and creative, clever designs have inspired and motivated me so greatly that I have dared to start journaling myself. I have started a prayer journal, and even dared to assemble materials to begin a personal journal. Washi tape! What an incredible artistic medium! Stickers, colored sticky notes, fantastic pens, liners, all the glorious materials you employ - I've tried to gather things similar to what you've gathered. Sometimes I can replicate exactly. I'm going to put forth an effort to journal and insert some simple drawings - quite an endeavor for one who cannot draw a straight line with the aid of a ruler. But, I am going to try, and study some videos, books, etc., that provide instruction in simple drawing. All because of you, Ara! Honestly, one of the few best parts of the week is when you upload a video, Ara ❣I love that you finish every spread till the end! And you know what? It turned out very, very VERY pretty! The thing is... we are our own biggest critics, unfortunately 🥺But what I learned about spreads in my journal that I don't like is... When I look at them after months - they aren't really that bad! So I'm sure you'll see these pages differently with time 😊Also, great choice of movies! Let me know Honey, if you ever travel to Europe! Oh, I've been to Italy in 2015. I went to Italy in 2015. It was my first visit to Europe. After that, I wanted to travel to Europe again, but a long vacation was not allowed😭. I want to travel to other European countries like Greece once the coronavirus is over!

I'm so happy to watch your vlog today. If my life were a movie, I think it would be "Jurassic Park"- because people don't listen to my good advice and then I have to run around and deal with their mistakes! Especially when their mistakes turn into big mistakes.
This week is a good and bad week for me. Good, because it's my bias' comeback week. I'm a Wenee🐰💙, and we are trying our best! I even did a Kpop journal theme this week, haha😅 I ended up drawing and cutting out the shape of a wolf from forest pattern paper because of Wonho's music video "Eye on You".
I also got to meet my cousin's baby daughter for the first time. Our meeting was delayed first by restrictions, and then when we arranged to meet, my cousin and his wife got Covid. Luckily, their baby was visiting her grandma at that time, so she was safe. So, after a long while, and when my cousin was better, I got to meet her.
Also, my stationery arrived! But unfortunately I didn't have time to collect it all from the post office. In my country we have to pay admin fees for foreign parcels even if we don't have to pay customs, so we have to go to the post office if it's not couriered to our homes. I managed to get some of my washi, but have to go back again. I tried to go back earlier today, but saw that the queue was so long that it was going out of the post office😱😱😱, so I went home. Then I found out when I got home that I actually wouldn't have to be in the same long queue, so I could have gone in....😵🤪😬🙃 Now, I have to go back tomorrow.
Lots of small things have been going wrong. Autocorrect on my phone made a comment I wrote look like I was being mean, but I was writing a compliment😭. I only saw what I posted the next day! My neighbours have gone on holiday, and their son and his friends are too loud- especially his girlfriend. They came home late, loud and drunk last night, and the girlfriend's extremely loud talking( It was like she just shouted, but wasn't angry or anything, the whole time) kept waking me up just as I was about to fall back asleep. I almost shouted at them through my window. Our other neighbour has a small child, so it was very rude of them.
Your movie theme makes me think I should try to watch some old favourites. I actually have lots of favourites- too many. But I think when I have time, I will watch an animation. Back in university, the biggest fight I had with one of my close friends was over a project where I analyzed 'Cowboy Bebop'. He refused to try to understand the point of anime, and I remember feeling like I wanted to hit him because he was being rude.😅 Now he is a lecturer at a film school, so he has no choice but to understand when his students choose to analyze anime.
I really liked your drawing this week- especially the Moana drawing. I also liked the colour palette. I feel you balanced the colours well. I also think, after I buy a few more inks and pen things, I will try buy something from the Washi Tape Shop. Perhaps I should buy some storage things before then though😅

아라님 안녕하세요~! 이번 영상 주제는 영화로군요! 저는 분기별로 자주 찾아보는 영화 장르가 바뀌는 편이어서 이것저것 유명하다는 영화면 거의 본 것 같은데, 그래도 좋아하는 영화를 꼽자면 팀버튼 감독의 빅 피쉬가 아닐까 싶어요! OTT서비스 구독을 매달 하고 있으면서도 이 영화를 처음 보았을 때 소장하고 싶은 마음에 원작 소설과 dvd를 구매했던 기억이 있어요. 제가 이 영화를 처음 보았을 당시에는 이미 원작 소설이 절판되어 그 책을 구하려고 동네 헌책방에서 먼지를 뒤집어쓰며 책무덤을 헤집었던 것도 이제는 영화의 일부처럼 느껴집니다ㅎㅎ.
영화 이야길 하니 또 한없이 이야기가 길어지는 것 같아요ㅠㅠ! 참... 재미있는 영화를 발견하면 저처럼 기록 좋아하는 사람들은 영화 감상도 적어야겠고, 좋았던 장면도, 그 장면을 볼 때 나의 심정 등등도 모두 기록으로 남겨야겠고 해서 영화를 보는 중간중간에도 아... 이거 꼭 적어야지 하고 손가락을 꼼질꼼질 움직이게 되는 것 같아요. 오랜만에 예전에 모아두었던 영화 팜플렛 종이들을 들여다 보아야겠습니다. 이번 영상도 너무너무 즐겁게 보았어요 감사합니다!
