Seems like every other man who laid eyes on her fell in love with her. Drogo, Jorah, Daario, Tyrion, Jon. She is beautiful, and yes, she looks like Jorah's wife, at least in the books. But it's a simplification to attribute Jorah's feelings for her as just lust/physical attraction. She's brave and strong and adaptable. Jorah has seen this girl stand up to enemies, conquer cities, hatch dragons, walk out of fire (twice), seen her ride a dragon. He has plenty of reason to be in awe of her; Iain Glen has said Jorah views Daenerys like a goddess. He idealizes her, overestimating her goodness and "gentle heart." But so do Tyrion and Jon. Daario has a more realistic view of her: she's a conqueror. And conquerors, however benign their intent, do unpleasant things and bring in their wake destruction in some form. But Jorah is a romantic, and when he falls, he falls hard.
@@marysueeastereggBeauty is subjective. I'm sure if Daenerys was a dark-skinned Khoisan woman many non-Khoisan men would not perceive her as attractive no matter what. It seems that mainstream society gives off the impression that women are only beautiful if they have pale-skin, straight hair, and Caucasian facial features.
