Hello. I see you use the spices. Will you tell me if i am right? And what i miss, please?
Paprika, cumin OR ginger, SALT, TURMERIC, Soy OR Molasses?
It is a nice rub for the chicken. The pear & Rosemary are delicious with chicken.
The zucchini and cherry tomatoes are delicious together, especially with garlic.
I personally like to keep skin on the zucchini squash but i also like to "zoodle" it with a spiralizer.
I understand that children often don't like strong tastes like the zucchini skin/ peel.
You did a great job on the yard and the garden and the cooking.
I, too, had to leave where i was before with small children. I had 3 littles and it was very exhausting. But i loved each of them enough to keep doing what was needed.
