- The crows take turns prepping their cracker treats at the birdbath. There are a few parts where it's windy (the weather's taking a turn) and at some point, you can hear an EV vehicle backing up... but enjoy the crow fam.

Many thanks for watching! I do this for myself, but it's nice when other people can enjoy them, too. The crows are getting used to me. It's only a matter of time before I can hand feed them (wishful thinking!).

Did you see how the crow pushed the cracker against the rim of the birdbath to break it before it softened; very intelligent bird.
Santa brought the crows a dog puzzle to try out. I have to build a feeding platform to fit it, but when I do, I know they'll solve the puzzles! They're so smart.

They like to soften their food. In this case, too, maybe they're rinsing the salt flecks off of the crackers. Smart birds, indeed!
Yes to soften it up,kinda the same way we do cereal, I think they also do it sometimes feeding the young 🤓
I had a grackle coming to my feeder to fill his beak with suet nuggets. Before he carried them away he would always make sure to dunk them in the bird bath first. Cute
I watched a crow at my birdbath. He was rinsing a mole that he had caught!
I got a big bird bath in stone for free. I asked a neighbor if he had a bird bath to give me. I had never seen him before - and he said ''yes''. Two weeks later it stood there. Maybe you can get a really big one from someone. Just ask people for fun.

You need to fill up the water in the bath, to the rim.
I try to fill it every day - will keep a better eye on it. I might get them a little pool this summer. :)
I upload videos of birds, insects, ants, animals and nature on UA-cam and I only use background music and bird sounds, no voice or anything else. So what will be the category of my channel on UA-cam? So that my video reaches the right people.
