I can't name 40 public figures regardless of gender no way I could name 100 woman public figures. I don't watch the news and only tend to watch cartoon shows, and while I could name some voice actors prob not many by name because I just like saw their names one or two times when researching character voice actor names. My best bet would be trying to name internet people
