Thumbs up to good Customer Service. A very easy and effective rule for being in business. The #1 key to Customer Service is "customer recovery". If you can get that customer that has had a bad experience to come back to your product or service you have done a great job. The secret is: "old" customers "make" you money. To get "new" costumers to use your product or service "cost" you money.
I had no idea that coloring products could be inconsistent, then again I don't color my hair. Informative video.
+tj Tanner Most definitely. Hair coloring in itself can be very unpredictable at times just because everyone's hair is different. There are so many factors that go into hair coloring. I only know the basics of it all.
I appreciate your review, because as long as we keep quiet then these companies believe we are fools and will accept anything. If I am displeased with a product or customer care, then I too will let them know. Its not being arrogant or nagging, because if you spend your money (no matter the amount) you should expect a good product and good service!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you for the review. Wish I would has saw before review. The color is not consistent at all. I kept on my hair for over hour my hair came out Orangeish. You can see in the light nothing like the box. Thank you for your professionalism. I have to redye!!
I saw another video on youtube with the same issue. The second time she sat under the dryer for 30 minutes and the color was very vibrant.
Im a cosmetologist also ,, and as a cosmo u would no ,,u never really get the color on the box ! Especially knowing everyones hair pulls differently . Its a box color . Stay in ur professional range of colors . Sry this happen to u ! When i was in skool i learned to stay away from box color for this same reason . On the brighter side atleast u like the color . Its really like try at ur own risk .
I wouldn't say never, I have used box colors and achieved the color on the box...I also understand the concept of undertones, that doesn't remove the fact that these product companies need to be held accountable for false advertising. As a stylist we may know better, but consumers do not...That is why this review was done...to show the inconsistencies and to show consumers that you don't have to just accept. Hold these companies accountable.
That’s crazy they only use 20 developer with the black hair color results being so light. When most of the time, you need 40 or 30 to lighten black or dark brown hair.
I appreciate the video. Your comment about some companies that continuously put out new products reminds me of the Shea Moisture brand. Their line takes up a lot of shelf space and if you patronize other stores you will see even more products from that brand. I don't see how the products could be that different from each other and why anyone would need that much of a variety.

yeeees! I've had this happen to me a couple of times where they have the natural hair color then the results you'll get after the product and it never comes out like it says, I didn't know you could call them to let them know that. great video!

I used the same color and it came out darker than the pic as well. The Dark and Lovely intense red gave me the color I wanted.

great video, I really enjoy the quality of information you give which sets your channel apart from everyone else, it's always best to contact the company if you have a legit problem with their product customer feed back is important, I hope no one takes this as a way to get free products, lol.

I've used that color before & also got different results. The first time I used it it turned out perfectly & that was on relaxed hair. When I used it years later again on relaxed hair it turned out darker so that was really weird.
Do you think it may have been different based on the porosity of the hair every time it was used?
some people hair take the color different i got that same product n my hair came out orange ,,,,,,,,
I used the product before and it didn't give me the same color as it did on a box so I start using something else because that product wasn't showing the true color it suppose to
What product did she use to lighten her hair? I'm looking to lighten my hair so that I can eventually get that red but I don't want to damage my hair with bleach

***** I feel like revlon has always had a strange relationship with black consumers and our hair. But if dark & lovely can manage to produce a popular brand of relaxer and some alright natural hair products, maybe revlon/creme of nature will get it together (eventually?)

Hi there,Im a subscriber and been enjoying you guys videos for a while ,thankyou for being so informative and real in each video,Im natural and also have a bestfriend male who does hair and it just so happen we was going back and forth thee other over Neutralizer Shampoo with coloring is it needed????I said No and he says yes,So then I need to know why it doesn't come in the box,because last time I did my own coloring this time for the very 1st time and told myself that i was going to follow thee instructions off the box strictly so I did and every thing came out fine and this is coming from a person who has lost tons of hair to coloring and has always used neutrolizing shampoo.So I now truly believe that the shampoo is not needed,because they would put it .in the kit.So I was thinking when I saw your video thinking when you showed the shampoo,I was thinking well that may be a part of went wrong,but I don't know.

I saw a woman the other day with that same color, but shorter hair looking like Angelica's Cynthia doll. I guess that's hot.
that was the point and their ( being the clients) color inspiration and that was last year when red was very popular
