Hello, I have received my OINP Express Entry Notifications of Interest that is expiring in next two weeks , My CRS #521 . Score is again increased to #549 .Now I have to accept the OINP invitation. My question is since OINP is lengthy process, Meanwhile if score drops down to my score, can I still go for normal express entry ?
The latest cut off for human capital stream is 470 does this is crs score and how could i calculate it i have done b -tech and working from past 3 years in it firm and scored 8,7,7,7 in ielts how could I calculate please assist me to calculate it for ontario pnp

It's a figure of speech. Scores are low right now, but it may not always remain so. Thus, one should apply carefully.

Hard to say, should try to increase your score as much as possible perhaps through higher language scores for example.

Yes, if you get an ita from EE while OINP is still in process, you can withdraw OINP and apply for PR through EE.
