Sinnoh was for me, as a 7 year old kid without Internet, the most adventurous, mysterious and atmospheric region. The nostalgia levels are always so high for the soundtrack, that getting goosebumps during this vid is an understatement.

I too played Diamond like crazy as a kid, and I didn't even understand english, I just stumbled around with my Lv 100 Toterra like an idiot, but god I love the music, and I feel that you are describing them all so perfectly that we almost have to be the same person. ALSO I don't think you noticed but they used the sound of a heart rate monitor flat-lining in Girantinas theme.
Ah.. Route 225.. As a kid, I never completed my pokedex so I couldnt come here as much as a could. But when I went to south africa last year, I brought my platinum copy with me just for nostalgic reasoning. Ive collected enough badges and this theme fitted PERFECTLY with my trip to south africa. Tropical and in some parts like in the cave of heatran, the steppes. It was an amazing experience I'll never forget.
In the over 800 hours i poured into sinnoh and not to mention how much i listened to the song on my own, i never realized that the gym leader theme was just olivine lighthouse's theme sped up. Mind = blown
I know William. Even after playing Pokemon Moon, I still feel as though Sinnoh has "Serperior" music ;). That'll definitely be true once the remakes come out.

Endless Void black 2 and white 2 has even extra more. Though it'll use old legendaries it will still be a fun discovery. And Unova in bw2 still has more to do in it plus many stories to unravel like the ghost girl. The Sinnoh's music is too relaxing. I like it, but not all the time because it can get a little boring. If the music moves slightly faster and more Upbeat I would like it even more.
One of the greatest things about ORAS was that they brought a lot of legendaries to Hoenn, and they kept the great battle themes. I was blown away by Giratina's and the lake guardian's theme.
I play Pokemon since Gen one. Blue was my first game ever. But Sinnoh is my favourite region and my favourites Pokemon Games. Im so hard in love with Gen 4
(20:16) As someone who never got to play Platinum, this theme scared me. It's my first time hearing it. I always just suspected that Giratina was given the same theme as Dialga/Palkia; holy frick.

There's something about this video not including Cynthia's Encounter theme even in the honourable mentions that makes me a little sad but like you said, Sinnoh's entire OST is incredibly strong and beautiful overall. Great video Green, can't wait for the next list!
When I came back to platinum after 6 years and 501 gameplay hours... It had been so long. I listened to the theme of every route in game. But canalave city made me burst into tears thinking of my childhood :) (7:15)

aaaah dude, same. Sinnoh was the big comeback to pokemon for me and i ADORE every bit of it, but the soundtrack takes the cake. I honestly think it has the best soundtrack out of all the pokemon games. Also, i really liked the idea of the red frame when you want us to listen closely to a certain part. Nice video!

It reminded me of not only the themes I remember from my childhood (gen 4 was my first) but of ones that I forgot as well- the Game Corner theme is so good! @truegreen7 thank you for this. These games (specifically platinum) were the first pokemon games I ever played and are my favorite games of all time. But, since I lost my copy of Pokemon Platinum, I haven't gotten to play it in about 4 or 5 years.
Wow. I had no idea any one else felt the way I do. I always seem to say I like gen2 and gen1 music which is true. But in reality, Sinnoh was my first game as an 8 year old with a ds. I thought, looking back at those songs nowadays it was weird to feel nostalgic about simple songs, but you described everything I feel perfectly, just you have actual video making skills and have the capability to make an actual video about it. Route 209, Canalave City and all the different music really makes me feel strange. Happyish and saddish. In my opinion, Alola's music is okay, but there's not enough solid melody and it wanders about too much (^imo^). The Sinnoh remakes will be a refreshing winter chill to the constant tropic stuff we've had lately, but also in music. Thanks for giving us pokemon music fans a way to express our real thoughts. Just listening to your words helps me describe how I feel about Sinnoh. I aint no softie, I just really appreciate cool music. Definitely subscribing for more, Truegreen7.

aaaah dude, same. Sinnoh was the big comeback to pokemon for me and i ADORE every bit of it, but the soundtrack takes the cake. I honestly think it has the best soundtrack out of all the pokemon games. Also, i really liked the idea of the red frame when you want us to listen closely to a certain part. Nice video!
If you want to get into the Christmas mood, Route 216's theme is the theme for you. It's so good!

I can only thank you for making this video. It reminded me of not only the themes I remember from my childhood (gen 4 was my first) but of ones that I forgot as well- the Game Corner theme is so good!
In the end, it really made me happy to see someone who enjoyed this fantastic game's fantastic music so much as me!

@truegreen7 thank you for this. These games (specifically platinum) were the first pokemon games I ever played and are my favorite games of all time. But, since I lost my copy of Pokemon Platinum, I haven't gotten to play it in about 4 or 5 years.
Wow. I had no idea any one else felt the way I do. I always seem to say I like gen2 and gen1 music which is true. But in reality, Sinnoh was my first game as an 8 year old with a ds. I thought, looking back at those songs nowadays it was weird to feel nostalgic about simple songs, but you described everything I feel perfectly, just you have actual video making skills and have the capability to make an actual video about it. Route 209, Canalave City and all the different music really makes me feel strange. Happyish and saddish. In my opinion, Alola's music is okay, but there's not enough solid melody and it wanders about too much (^imo^). The Sinnoh remakes will be a refreshing winter chill to the constant tropic stuff we've had lately, but also in music. Thanks for giving us pokemon music fans a way to express our real thoughts. Just listening to your words helps me describe how I feel about Sinnoh. I aint no softie, I just really appreciate cool music. Definitely subscribing for more, Truegreen7.
