So if ball bounced in play then bounced out in the air the ball is dead at that point you cannot kick back in even though it didn’t touch out ?????

That is why you have assistant referees to determine whether the whole ball went out of bounds

⁠ you didn’t answer the question it’s a yes or no answer. I didn’t ask who calls it. It’s any part of the ball that’s over the line in the air in foul territory is point of out of bounds call

Let me explain something to everyone American football or basketball is based on breaking the plane of the out of bounds but the world football the whole ball has to get past the touch line whether it bounces in the pitch and then bounces out but if a player kicks it before it goes out it is still in play but a lot of referee play the part of it broke the plane of the touch line but no it is still in play this is not American football
