Watching this was mesmerizing, and it made me forget about the world around me for a moment. Truly an incredible animation 👏
The captivating spectacle of 10 pendulums gracefully swaying in perfect harmony, devoid of friction's constraints, has profoundly transformed my perception of life. As I immersed myself in the captivating dance of their movements, I was struck by the profound symbolism they embodied. Each pendulum, a metaphorical representation of an individual's unique journey, swung back and forth, occasionally converging and diverging with the others, creating a mesmerizing tapestry of motion.
In witnessing the interplay between these pendulums, I discerned a delicate balance between order and chaos. Despite their inherent randomness, there was a palpable sense of synchronicity that emerged from their collective motion. It was a reminder that life, too, consists of a delicate dance between certainty and unpredictability, where serendipitous encounters and unforeseen events intertwine to shape our destinies.
Moreover, the pendulums' interconnectedness fascinated me. Despite their distinct trajectories, they exerted a subtle influence upon one another. A pendulum's swing could induce a sympathetic response in its neighboring counterparts, amplifying or diminishing their oscillations. This interdependence mirrored the intricate web of connections that exist between individuals in society. We are all intertwined, our actions rippling through the world, affecting those around us in ways both apparent and imperceptible. It made me realize that even the smallest acts of kindness or gestures of empathy can have profound effects on others, and by extension, the collective human experience.
The experience of observing these pendulums in their fluid motion also ignited within me a newfound appreciation for the beauty of unity amidst diversity. Each pendulum had its unique length, weight, and trajectory, resulting in a mesmerizing array of individual expressions. However, when viewed as a whole, they created a mesmerizing choreography, an intricate symphony of motion that surpassed the sum of its parts. It served as a gentle reminder that our differences, rather than driving us apart, have the potential to harmonize and create something greater when embraced with open minds and hearts.
The perpetual motion of the pendulums also reminded me of the transience of life itself. Just as the pendulums continued their rhythmic swing, unabated by the passage of time, so too does life relentlessly march forward. The pendulums' unwavering momentum taught me to appreciate the present moment, to savor each precious second, and to make the most of the opportunities that come our way. It underscored the importance of embracing change, adapting to new circumstances, and finding beauty and growth in the perpetual ebb and flow of existence.
it made me eepy. it was like bugs n the forest putting on a show for me

I find it so interesting how our brains love to seek out patterns in the weirdest places. Every time the rhythm changes I start to look for another way they’ll all sync up.. it’s so cool.
Rightly said
The sentence is beautiful, it can possibly be a book quote✨✨
its not our brains. its… a combination. a combination of maths and nature.
That is a great reflection. But also, it poses the big question: Is the patterns a "natural phenomenon" That is to say, that there are patterns that "wants to happen" in a way. Im open for that to be the case. It makes sense to me and connects to how "life" or chemestry spontainiously might have come about, way back.

This is a wonderful representation of the nature of existence. Reality dances between order and chaos. The state of seemingly random chaos is the perfect pattern from which the order emerges, and after a cycle it descends once again into seemingly chaotic disorder. One is necessary for the other to blossom. And what appears as chaos from our lower dimensional perspective would reveal itself to be perfect harmony in a higher dimension. We have one fluid suchness appearing as a succession of seperate patterns or events. This is a microcosm of the macrocosm.
My brain is saying, there isn’t a pattern.

It's always so fascinating to see repeating patterns, appearing out of what looks like chaos, in nature. Here the pendulums begin as though aligned in a simple wave which travels down the group, but then,
dyssynchrony, pairing,
dyssynchrony, triplets,
dyssynchrony, quads,
dyssynchrony - eventually spontaneously forming two counter waves (peak to valley, valley to peak). And the whole pattern repeats in reverse.
I'm sure that there some wonderfully elegant equations (way above my maths skills) explaining what causes these kinds of harmonic patterns & deterministic chaos, but I'm mostly happy to appreciate the beauty of the thing.

It's fascinating how simple oscillations can trick our mind to see beauty in them
Is it truly a trick when beauty is an effect/construct of our minds in the first place though?
@@Broeckchen
A very interesting perspective indeed...
You mean that beauty isn't something out there?! .... It could be
But for me in this case what's fascinating is simple motions can build up patterns in the way our minds perceive them .
But nothing's a trick here. He rendered the pendulums to vary in speed over the course of the video. You can actually see the "ropes" speed and up and slow down as the pendulums swing and "change shape".
It would be a trick if we all see something different as they mesmerize us. But we don't. We see exactly what the CGI artist wants us to see. What he makes them do.
@@Saimeren yeah you're right in your approach, but what I was pointing at is the state for constant oscillation frequency, as in if you concentrate on one pendulum it would appear simply swinging, but one you see all of them add up , you will see the " beauty" .....
