Stuck somewhere with a great bottle of wine but no corkscrew? Learn a few creative techniques for opening a wine bottle without a wine opener. The last one is the best!
Did the first one and hardly had to push at all!!!! Words can not explain how happy I am right now that I did it and I haven’t even taken on sip yet! 💪🏿 SUPERRRRR EASY! Thank u thank u thank u!!!! ❤️
Sooooo a woman’s prospective def matters my last videos were men and then I seen her and that back ground and was like she don’t look like she breaking no sweats! Thank u mam! You are a saint! ♥️
Yay! Here to report the 1st one worked a charm! Thank you I was getting desperate and briefly considered breaking the bottle on the wall and licking it 😂😂
Her methods are great! I tried them all and epic fail....then I saw to just push down a pair of scissors in the wine cork and twist 2x, and wallah! cork out....It is very interesting to see how desperately people are about getting that cork our and having that glass of wine, lollllll.....It made my night, you guys are hilarious, much love!
I just bought a Chilean wine- have no corkscrew...you’ve made my day on this chilly -raw day...need a date as well where do I go for that ......................
thanks i knew about the screw thing but i was just sraight pulling it i didnt know aout the turn thing and i finally got it off and now i m super drunk nnd thanks ur a lifesaver i lov e you
I second this, very nice of her to turn these hard to interpret website list with little to no explanation on half of these methods into a easy to copy video tutorial.
I had a swiss army knife corkscrew that also worked well with the hammer method. Last time I tried to just muscle it out without proper leverage I just shredded the cork. The fastener screw is a great idea too. Well done!
Omg this was so difficult. I had a half pushed in chopped wine bottle I tried the screw method it wouldn't come out. I tried the shoe method it started to drip. I didnt have a wooden spoon so I finally used a wooden crab mallet & that did the trick. Thanks for the advice.
I should have done the same. I followed the first idea. It works but it created a wine geyser. Stuffing the spoon down works but you will get wet. I'm still cleaning the ceiling 😂
Okay I realized you were legit when your confidence knew it had no chance against you. I tried this and it worked wayyyy too good. Better than a corkscrew. You are my kinda drinker.
Used the first method I found something long and that can fit the bottle then I pushed down with a pen when there is a will there is a way and be careful I got some wine on my clothes.
I was sweating and out of breath both times I've had to use the shoe method. I think you had help! The hammer looks like it might chip the bottle. Wooden spoon it is, thanks! 💯
I cannot believe this. The first 2 methods when I saw I thought you were mad. The 3rd method = SUPER. And therefore, and only therefore I "get" your joke for 4th option.
Same here! Tried the 1st option. I was reluctant as imagined the bottle smashed or some other catastrophe happening. Chuffed with myself 🥴... It bloody worked 🤗
The first option is good for when the cork shreds when trying to use a corkscrew. The shoe option I have been doing for years. Of course, back in the day i was doing it with less( a lot less) quality level of vino and more desperation.
For a broken cork that's stuck in the neck of the bottle, I'd flake out loose bits of cork and rinse them out from the inside neck of the bottle, wipe it dry, and then push in the last chunk into the bottle. If there are tiny bits of cork in the wine, then separate them with a stainless steel fine-mesh filter. If you don't have a filter, pour out the wine into a large measuring cup, scoop out the floating bits of cork with a non-metallic spoon, and pour the wine back into the bottle.
I tried the third option. But about the fifth hit I got scared of the loud noise considering it was 1242 in the morning. Now I am about to try the Option one
Oh my goodness! I opened my bottle with a knife like you did with the cork floating, it splashed & I screamed (wooo) like you did. When I heard you, I thought it was me lol. Thanks for the tip!
Read my first post. You’ll probably realize trying the third option first before you do the first option is explosive. I was spending all day and that wine red wine out of the Airbnb I was in
