I ordered myself a couple of hours ago the same, looking forward to! :)
The detail on the Fandu is amazing but people often overlook the huge flaws, especially when they say its more "Authentic" or "Accurate". 1) The main plate is too small 2) the side plates are disproportionate to the main 3) The plates are much thicker than the original. Whatever version anyone owns, if they are happy with it that's the important thing.
Hi Pomelo, I just ordered this belt. Brown strap, red and clear stones, just as Ric Flair introduced it back in '86. I can't wait to get it!!! Yours looks amazing!
I have this belt and I like it a lot. what makes the big gold belt the greatest belt of all time of the floral etching in it, and the WWE version is so flat that it doesn't look great. this one has such pronounced detailing that it's absolutely awesome
0:30 the best WWF Title I remember as a kid next to the Winged Eagle title held by Hogan, Macho Man, Warrior, Diesel, HBK, Bret, SID, and The Undertaker. When Austin beat Shawn for that title at WrestleMania 14, this was introduced the next night with a blue strap(WHICH WAS COOL BACK THEN WITH EVERY TITLE HAD A COLOR STRAP)
I missed out on that era - but the Winged Eagle is definitely considered more iconic than the Big Eagle.

Fandu needs to make a replica of the attitude era belt, as well as the Undisputed version 2.

As an FYI, they do layaway and also do Facebook raffles every now and then.
I was told that there couldn't be 100% accurate or otherwise they would get sued how true that is I don't really know but that's what I was told by somebody who collects belts

Fandu's Big Gold is actually brilliant. If you're looking for the other WCW Belts you can get them from Ringside collectibles. Just to say though, they're the alliance editions so they aren't as good quality as today's replicas. More like your big eagle from 99/00 they have the WCW Cruiserweight, United States and tag. Although WWEShop do sell the Tag belts.
was on and off with buying a Fandu, as i have the WHC version, so was thinking "it looks the same so why should i?" but other reviews and this one have shown me otherwise =) you said that fandu just had a sale, do you have any idea if they're going to have another sale?
un_known They have them every now and then. But they also do raffles all the time on Facebook if that's your kind of thing. I'd definitely recommend going for the minor flawed though.
thank you for the quick reply, tbh i had thought about the minor flawed version as that is the cheaper alternative, i had also asked about and apparently even the flawed versions have a "sale" so will keep an eye out for that one too =) thank again!

I was so close to buying the big gold commemorative for the Black Friday sale and after seeing this video I am SOOO happy I didn’t buy it I also have to current wwe title commemorative which is still more than the fancy belt... sure it mite not be 100% accurate but one REAL leather and two Metal belts I’m going with Fandu from now on

Fandu belts are sent from China. There's usually no fees.

@Pomelo Pictures I have a question I want to ask you: I checked out the 'Fandu Belt's" website and I saw the:
1. $299 - Fandu Full Gold Big Gold Belt listing
2. $219 - Minor Flawed Fandu Antique Gold Big Gold Belt listing
3. $299 - Fandu Full Nickel Big Gold Belt
4. $399 - Fandu Nickel/Gold Gold Dual Colors Big Gold Belt
I'm looking to get this belt at some point; the same-color scheme that you have for your Fandu Big Golde Belt, also even the same color-scheme the WWE's Big Gold Belt had on theirs. I don't want any hints of gray or silver or anything, as I want pure Gold! So with that being said, do I buy #1 or #2 that I listed above?!?!

Number One. However, it looks like the "minor flawed" versions are sold out (they take them off the website when out of stock). So you could either buy the "full gold big gold" for $299 or wait for the "minor flawed full gold" to come back in stock - and that would be $219.
Pomelo Pictures I'm not sure if you would know this, because you only have 1 Big Gold Belt. But does the $299 "Full Gold Big Belt" or even the "Minor Flawed Big Gold Belt" that you have, sell out A LOT? And anytime they do, they'll come back up again??
The "Full Gold" is probably the most common and people seem to buy the "minor flawed" version because the flaws are so insignificant that it's worth saving the $80. Because of that, I'd guess that they should come back in stock fairly soon although I don't know whether the flawed versions are leftover stock or whether they happen every time a new batch is made. Some of the less common belts like the Gunmetal (which is my favourite) tend to come back in stock for only limited times but the "full gold" seems to be their best seller.
Pomelo Pictures Thanks for your information. I guess I just have to get lucky & hope either the real "Full Gold Big Gold Belt" or the "Minor Flawed Big Gold Belt" just don't ever sell out then! Really love the way the belt looks - well, the "Full Gold" one at the very least & not the ones with shades of gray/nickel/silver!!
