❤ I love you Key ! Jodie, I don’t know if you read it, but on a previous video, I offered to type out an old family recipe for a vegetable soup. It is very thick and hearty and very filling. No meat necessary but optional and delicious either way. If you are still a little sore from the braces, it would be a great way to get your nutrition in. Also, you can customize to your liking. Some of the ingredients:
Dill, parsley, parsnip, chickpeas, onion, carrots, celery, potatoes…
We like to serve it with a nice chunk of rye bread or sour dough. Also would be great in a bread bowl. Hopefully your mouth is feeling better.
