How to Get The Right Shutter Speed Every Time!

- Camera shutter speed controls the amount of light and the time of capture. Slow shutter speeds create motion blur, while fast shutter speeds freeze action. Adjusting the aperture compensates for changes in light.
Semi-automatic modes like shutter priority can be useful, but manual mode allows for more creativity. Slow shutter speeds require a tripod to avoid camera shake. Experimentation is key to finding the right shutter speeds for capturing motion.

Great video. You just earned yourself a new follower. I'm looking forward to check the other classes.
Great video and teaching thanks. Can I ask. How did you still get light on the skateboarders face while shooting directly into the sun? I shoot a lot of sports and this comes up a lot with Bikers or runner coming towards me and the sun facing me. How do you shoot into the sun and still light up a person's face? Could you do a video on this too? Many thanks, Bryan

The shutter speed is always the same and does not vary. The concept is wrong. It is really called exposure time.
