@@marjoriegoodwin9121 And none of those will be even close to your electric bill at 100 degrees plus, all that other stuff I know because I own a park model in Yuma, they raise the rent every one to two years, most parks are bought up by Corporate companies like Encore. Otherwise it's a good life, just don't think it will be a cheap living arrangement.

You'd have to be crazy to be a slave to monthly lot fees.
No worse than rent and the home is yours. My rent includes water,trash,sewer,and pool use.
