Life is hard, do thing that you find valuable. Go make that game! If you want to support me further please go checkout the demo for Hexagod: store.steampowered.com/app/3059390/Hexagod/
Thanks for the insight, love your channel and videos, very inspiring for my own journey. I've not gone full-time as I'm on my first project. Looking forward to future videos and playing your games.
awesome message, Aarimous. BTW I was listening to this video and the bit with bowties and your name sounded a LOT like Hermes (the brand) it was funny cause of that ^)
Do you realize that you'd get so much more income and so much more free time simply working as a programmer? So much efforts and challenge just to sell only 6000 copies... so sad =\
Game-makers gotta make games. Definitely not about the money. I quit my job with an Activision/Blizzard studio to be a solo dev, that will likely end up costing me money, instead of making me any. But making my game (RoadHouse Manager) is a passion of mine and fulfilling, and I'm not motivated by money as much as I am by being creative, and making a game I'd want to play, that no one else has made. If I could be satisfied earning a lot of money in a non-challenging job, my life certainly would be easier, but that's not me.

100% you are a talented developer. I think I may make a video on how I feel about this game from a first impression perspective. Bless your work.

Don't think he's doing this for the income
Making games full time is what he wants to spend his time on

@@gameboardgames maybe would be easier to get some funds and hire a team to make a meaningful game instead of multiple interesting but simple games?
@@colddeath9797 They won't because they have this romantic ideal of a "solo dev that made it big with a hit game".
