@nickrobinson5614 after years of shopping around the state I found the stores that charge MSRP. However, that can fluctuate state to state a little. Some stores even have 10% veteran duscount! I didn't include that in any of the pricing I listed though.

Great prices on Penelope. They are $10-15 more in most states. The 9yr four grain was my favorite of December.
