Some Great Information and Sounds demo in this Video for Sure!!! Thanks. I have heard that if you get to demo a magnatone twilighter Stereo Amplifier in a Room it is really stellar, and also turning on the Pitch shifting vibrato effect.

if you were in a metal band with one other guitar player and liked your clean tones as well as solos being stereo with like a ping pong delay, keeley halo etc, then would it make sense for both guitarists to play stereo rigs during all parts or both guitars being mono for metal rhythm but switching to stereo for certain parts (volume difference considerations), or just staying mono live for practicality and less shit to haul, or maybe going digital for your rig so switching between the mono and stereo wouldn't be a problem necessarily.

Check out Arde La Sangre or Tery Langer's Channel, it's in spanish but he has content on how to play live with a 2st guitarrists setup.

You can run into the 2 separate amps on a JC120
I have a multipath, kinda old school rack rig with a few modern touches.
One stereo path goes to an RC505 Looper then to the Direct Ins on the JC.
A seperate summed mono signal goes to a JCM900

Great work as usual. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Ok, so, one cable to foh will send a left and right signal as long as things are set up correctly in the modler? Or do you need two cables to foh who will hard pan two faders/channels? Thanks brother. 🫵💪

Hey Matt - Do you gig with stereo presets on your fractals? Most venues I play only offer a mono signal for guitars. I also worry that not all sound engineers know what to do with a stereo signal. What’s been your experience?
At home I’m 100% stereo and would like to achieve the same level of awesomeness when gigging.

Honestly it varies depending on where I play. If I’m running my own PA you bet I’m stereo! Generally speaking if I need to run mono, I use a “half-stereo” setup where I don’t change any setting and simply use either the L or R out. This works best in most cases where mono sums can create possible phase issues. I try to be clear what I’m going for if setting up stereo (hard panned L R) so the tech knows. But sometimes you just don’t have the option and that sucks. Best thing is to use your bands own sound tech (yep, one more member) and possibly own gear (monitor or full FOH mixer). The expense certainly adds up but gives you the ability to dial in your bands sound for each song rather than have the house tech “guess” what it should sound like.

live I play mono, but at home I use my powercab 212+ with stereo width at 170%, stereo effects sounds AMAZING!
