Hi, thanks for the video! I applied this gel to my hair and my hair became super stiff immediately after applying, is it bc I applied too much or it didn’t mix well with the leave in I used it with? In the future when you get the chance, I would love to watch a video on how to pair different products together and how to know if they don’t mix well. Thanks!
I know what you mean and I think it is because it's a stronger hold gel! This specific gel doesn't make my hair do that but I do know of another gel that makes my hair feel this way. In this instance, I would suggest only using this gel as an "end of routine" gel, aka at the very last step so its not drying your hair too quickly!
Hi Barbara! I have tried this gel a few times since getting it in my October Mailer. Although it gives very instant defined curls for wash day, I am not seeing the staying power I normally do with heavy hold gels--my curls seem to flatten by day 2. I have 2C/3A hair. Any suggestions for great pairings? 〰️➰➿
How do you think Jello Shot would work for wavy baby fine hair with? My hair is way too soft and fine and sometimes products overwhelm it and it ends up looking like ramen noodles and stiff. It won't crunch sometimes. Thanks for the review
I’ve used this product before and I have fine hair. Use on soaking wet hair and emulsify the gel in your hands. Sometimes I’ll even mix it with some water in my hands.
I seem to have an issue getting curls around my roots- I have no issues with getting curls to the bottom 3/4 of my hair. What do you recommend that I do to get the volume all around?

Hi Alena! My initial guess would be that this gel might just be too heavy for your curls, especially if you normally don't experience this problem!

Although the ingredients of this gel are baby safe, I wouldn't necessarily recommend for baby fine hair since its heavier!

I recommend the product Lift-A-Curl for instant volume. Otherwise, I hate to say it but many hair types just dont curl at the top!
