Oh there is something magical about sitting in the ER with a whopper plopper dangling from your thumb! Really gets kids asking to see what you did and then gross them out when they check it out up close! Helps when the Dr is a fisherman as well and removes the hook never hurting the lure as they are “expensive”. As worried about your lure condition as much as your thumb! Nice touch right there.
