Jay's guide is great, btw. SO helpful! If you're gonna spend all the time, money and energy to come to Paris, and only have limited time here, why not make sure you make the most of that time? Well worth it.
We have been in Paris this month and it has been quite the spring-like weather. Thanks for recommending these good coffee spots near the venues. One nice thing this month is that both inside and outside of Paris there has been fewer crowds of tourists.
Another great video and a great jacket! BTW, I waded into the Patreon pool yesterday & am so glad I did! I needed something to watch after I finished the 20 in 20 Take 2 Movie and the Patrons-Only Louvre video certainly did the trick. Up next? Garage Monologues! Thanks for creating!
Hi Jay, My wife and I have just returned to Australia after an almost 5-week holiday in the UK and France. We spent 19 days in France, including 8 days in Paris. During our time in Paris, we found the guidebook "Paris In My Pocket" extremely helpful. Your videos were consumed as well! We're already thinking about our next trip since we loved Paris so much. Thanks for your help, Jay. It's much appreciated. Best, Mark
Was just in Paris two weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised at how relatively little was blocked off. Areas around the Eiffel Tower and Concorde but that didn’t really bother us much.
As much as I love coffee I don’t have patience to go to The Coffee shop . I’ll stumble upon any of them and if I like it then I like it . After all, I like espresso.
Very serious coffee person here. This is a great list. Thank you for not including Peleton. We were passing by recently and gave it a shot on the basis of your previous recco - and we found it scandalously wretched - undrinkable, salty & defected over-priced espresso, smacked out & surly 'barista' nasty American supervisor woman on the register...whole place felt dirty, uptight, overpriced & disgusting. Noir & Katsumi both leave those jokers in the dust.
Hey Nora, We’re so sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience at Le Peloton café. Usually the atmosphere at LPC is bright and welcoming! They might have just been having an off day, but thank you for sharing your feedback - we'll circle back to check in on them.
Still hit or miss in general. But come to think of it... you should be safe with most of this list. We've been know to have team meetings at KB, Black in Black, Coutume & Noir.... safe bets! Best to ask if they have wifi before you get yourself settled.
Did you really have all that coffee in one day? At most I can do 2 cups a day. Thanks for taking one for the team. Won’t be there til after the Olympics but can’t wait to get some delish coffee. Any opinions on the best baguette in Paris?
Copper is alive! Copper: dude I’m fine up here. Jay: get down dude. Copper: 💩 that was a close one, I almost didn’t make through this video 😢😢😢. Life is hard in Paris 😂😂
After having watched all of Jay’s videos I’m somehow under the impression that he might like coffee.
Clearly, in order to be certain, more coffee must be consumed... for science

Thank you Barry!
Hah near!! I guess that could be a good way to enjoy the Olympics too from a distance and good cup of joe 😊
Paris in my pocket is so helpful. There is so much in Paris and the way it is organized really helps to see what is around
So glad you're finding it helpful!
Jay is one of the few people who likes coffee and I don’t get upset about it. I want to know more.
Yesss!
I love the interior of that first Noir shop on Rue Florentin. Some great places to try out even once the Games are over. Great video Jay! 👍
Glad you enjoyed it!
Noir has gorgeously designed and decorated cafés.
They're so classy
Jay, I recently discovered your videos, and just want to say - you're amazing. Thank you.
Me too, so glad to see updates. Not easy to always produce vids, great personality, and passion for Paris!
Thank you guys!

It's so quiet, isn't it! We'll be curious to see how that shifts once the games start in a few days.

Thanks for supporting!
These coffee spots look great. Here I am at 9:30 p.m. and now craving a coffee. lol
You're welcome ;)
Great video! TY as always
Thanks for watching!

Thank you Mark! This means a lot; we're so glad you found the guide useful!
5:39 She was a candle in the wind, not a torch near the Seine
Another amazing video. Great job
Thank you!
and now I find myself looking at flights back to Paris just for more coffee.
Worth it.
6:44 Please Jay, We want the T Shirt to Make a Comeback ☕️👕💚

So glad you had a good experience!
another fun video!
Glad you enjoyed it!

We love espresso! Good espresso. Can't stand bad espresso ;)
So, I’ll be on my sofa in the UK for the Olympics. With a beer, or wine 🍷
Also sounds like a great time.
I suddenly have a craving for coffee
Always.
Morning JOE or Morning JAY?
Me: BOTH!☕️🧑🏻🦲 1:13
Haha love it!
“…As the volleyball flies…”
HAHA nice method of measurement

“Kebabs that claim to be tacos?”
I have many questions 😂
Great video. Are most of the coffee places open to laptops, or is it hit or miss?
Still hit or miss in general. But come to think of it... you should be safe with most of this list. We've been know to have team meetings at KB, Black in Black, Coutume & Noir.... safe bets! Best to ask if they have wifi before you get yourself settled.

Ooh, that's a tough one! We're overdue to circle back on that, but we do have our favorite boulangeries in our guide!
I need recommendations around the 15th district
Good News in the 15th - Run by our friend Fox and has amazing coffee and food!
What about Dreamin’ Man?
We adore Dreamin' Man! But it's nowhere near the Olympic venues. It's in our guide though, rest assured :)
Dreamin' Man is simply fantastic...world class.
Why don't they open earlier? Most coffee shops in Paris don't seem to open until 9am or even later at the weekend.
That's a good question we don't know the answer to!
Copper is alive! Copper: dude I’m fine up here. Jay: get down dude. Copper: 💩 that was a close one, I almost didn’t make through this video 😢😢😢. Life is hard in Paris 😂😂
Poor Cooper.
