@@IslandGirl-nt6ry SUre? www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mohin-2 ----- Mary's father was born in Tullynamalrow, County Monaghan, Ireland, in 1880, as Owen Mohan, but permanently changed his name to Mohin when he was at school to avoid confusion with many other pupils with the same surname. After moving to Liverpool, he worked as a coalman, and married Mary Theresa Danher from Toxteth Park, at St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, on 24 April 1905. Mary Patricia Mohin was born at 2 Third Avenue, Fazakerley, Liverpool. After two years Mary's father met and married his second wife, Rose, while on a trip to Monaghan, in Ireland. Rose arrived in Liverpool with two children from a previous marriage, but Mary, who had until then been looking after the Mohin family, realised that Rose did not care much for domesticity or her new husband's children. After a year Mary chose to live with her aunts. In 1923, at the age of 14 years, Mary started work as a nurse trainee at the Smithdown Road Hospital, and then took a three-year training course at Walton Road Hospital in Rice Lane, Liverpool; eventually becoming a state registered nurse. Between 1940 and 1942, Liverpool endured 68 air-raids, which killed or injured more than 4,500 of the population and destroyed more than 10,000 homes. Mary met her future husband Jim during an air raid on Liverpool in 1940, when Jim was 38 years old, and had settled into what his friends thought was, "a confirmed bachelorhood." Mary had been too career-conscious to think of marriage and, at the age of 31 years, was thought of as a spinster. They met in June 1940, at 11 Scargreen Avenue, West Derby, the McCartney family home. Mary was staying with Jim's sister, Jin, because of the lack of accommodation in Liverpool at the time. ----- Not Jewish.
Anything Paul is on I'm on always want to watch and hear what Paul has to say it comes from being in love 💕 with him since I was a little girl 😍 still here still waiting Paul 🥰XXX
06:16 omfg, Terry sneaks in a spliff joke and nobody (apart from mccartney) gets it. I probably watched this at the time and didnt realise, alongside everyone else. God Bless Wogan
....SOME people are confused as to WHAT exactly was the controversy as discussed in the interviews - WELL, the video to 'All My Trials' featured homeless people living in shop doorways and cardboard boxes in London AND Liverpool and all over the UK...while multi-millionaires live nearby - and also the British National Health Service is financed by taking money from our wages each week ....yet there are huge queues even for basic health care and surgical procedures and operations ...with many people dying before they can be treated or even being refused treatment due to the high cost of the drugs needed to treat them.....
Here in the USA even if one has health insurance, the care is dicey w long waits, endless tests and drs just out for themselves & big pharma. Sad state of affairs in 2023.
Gosh, why do I keep watching Paul McCartney videos?
You are not alone! He's addicting...;)
He's a fascinating, beautiful man
I think, I've watched every Paul NcCartney Interview on UA-cam...
Me too. He’s fascinating , so charismatic and funny.
Because he is Paul McCartney! Do you think many other 80 something year olds would still sell out stadium shows??
Rip Terry Wogan. Some of Paul's best interviews on his show from 86-93!
It actually ended in 1992

He loved Terry Wogan. He went on there every year.
Ay, It's John Cleese and his therapist Robin Skynner at the start! :O I didn't know they were on this show!
The more money you’ve got the more you got to talk and sing about it (and keep the money). Smart, Paul. 😁

It's scary that it's now more than 30 years since "All My Trials" and Britain is having similar problems... Even before the pandemic.

Is Paul making fun of Terry's background or is there a common background for the two? I know Paul has some Irish but not through his parents directly?
I just thought he was going into a bit of broad Liverpudlian with the "No, Terry."

Nothing personal though. That is the title of Paul's song that was banned.
