Welcome back to another SkateLyfe TV exclusive, SORRY for the Wait! This time we took the camera to Dirty South and my new home Atlanta, GA. I'm sure you all have seen the movie ATL, well welcome to the World famous Cascade Skating Rink where the Talent matches the energy every night!. From flips, tricks, slides and splits you may see it all in one 3 hour session! I definitely can't wait to film and produce the next one!!

It's not only the skating that makes these videos great, but the editing is so tight! Skatelyfe is talent on every level! Why don't more people know about this!?😳
The endless varieties of style, the choreography, the beauty of the skaters, they are all real stars. And then the excellent filming and editing. I think the music might limit its appeal to some people (though I liked it). But yeah, there's so much there to love, it deserves a lot more recognition.

That's what I was saying too. Just the whole crew, the whole vibe. I used to skate... and I used to film. They caught all the players out there doin their thing, the slo mo, the couples, errybody looking good.

Oh yeah! Friday night was Rock night, Saturday was Disco, Sunday was family night with the organ player at Coliseum, North Lake Park, Mansfield, Ohio 1921 - 2005. Miss that place and those days!
Used to like those all night skates !! And being on the speed team, my first all night skate at 8 or 9 was when Michael Jackson's thriller was being released !! Just saying !!

Fun never goes out of style! I had a ton of fun skating 1987-1990. Everyone at my rink had those low heal speed skates did a higher speed shuffle... I had the same skates when the same speed, but my style look way more JB.
Can we please take a moment to appreciate the camera person? Brilliant angle shots and the editing and slow motion effects, the music and all the skaters are all hot! Ladies are on fire and the dude are rolling like dough! I need to get my ass there at some point. 👏👏

Everyone did a shuffle on low heal speed boots where I was. I went the same speed with same boots but I looked way more JB!

I think the film crew did an excellent job! I love the slow mo, everybody looked FABULOUS! I used to go skating. This was some random thing that showed up on my list and I am grateful. It brings back fun memories. They got a good looking crew that turned out that night.

I haven't been to Cascade in 10 years since I moved to Seattle Washington.I skated every week faithfully you don't understand how stoked and excited I am to go back home and skate i want to cry lol

Good skills. I love when my 77 year dad gets on skates on a floor. He can't bend well any other time but on skates he blows young ones away. It's so much fun to watch.

ATL was actually filmed inside of Golden Glide. The outside shots were Cascade.
Grew up there, plan on moving back soon, didn't know cascade was still open, my high school friend use to dj there.
Never seen so much pride into skating... dope.. skating to the next level

I go to an ice-rink twice weekly, some fine free-style to be seen, and sure, figure-skating has its own tricks to master, but overall, seein' this is devastating! As far as freestyle goes, these folks are ten times better! On another whole plane! Maybe I shoulda gone roller...

@@unknownx7252 It certainly is making a come back here in Scotland and in Britain too. Roller Derby has been going strong for years and now the dance, shuffle and street elements are growing too.

Watching this video makes me regret I ever stopped skating. We used to break our necks to go skating on Monday nights. Then...life happened and I stopped skating. This brings back so many memories. Sigh...😌

I love this. I used to skate when I was in my twenties, mixing ballet with skating techniques. It's such good clean fun! These skaters are AMAZING!
