🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧How wonderful & quiet these bakeries are, in England it’s all shouting & gossip..this is so much nicer, the bakers really concentrate on producing the highest standard possible. I love to see the worn patches on the floor, showing many customers have walked through the shop over the years.

Boulangerie Gourmand, first time in my entire life i see a baker in a bakery (Boulangerie) starting the work by boiling eggs... cutting pineapple, kiwi, grapes, washing salad, to fry, make mimosa eggs, prepare a sauce base, I agree with the work of a pastry chef making the quiches (because in France the first pastries were salty before the arrival of sugar in the 17-18th century, the sweet pastries were mainly honey, so I agree for this kind of pastry). And wow for his Pain au chocolat ^^
