Thanks for watching I Edited on a Super Old Vintage Computer - Розваги
I hope you enjoyed! Go check out my Premiere Pro presets! 😎 www.storezar.com
Heart this❤
You do know that the iMac literally had a handle
Erp
That isn’t good that the speakers are blown because apple used Harman Cardin speakers. And I don’t know how to spell Harman Cardin correctly I think so I use speech to text if I got that wrong.
a car plate number showed
What’s beautiful about the final product is that it’s literally the kind of video you’d see on old UA-cam from pre 2010! Super cool!!
Like a G6 was made in 2010
Yeah precisely

I see you are working in the Story telling department. Good job 👍
But can it edit?
@@codythep ?
👍🏻
Man, I'm 28. This was my first computer, and the first editing program I used when I was 8 was this same version of iMovie. Thanks for bringing back memories!

@SuperNostalgia. that's great and all but what does that have to do with my comment 🤣

Still better than Vegas
HAHAHA AS A VEGAS USER THIS IS FUNNY😂😂
True true
Or still better than Avid Media Composer
@Pescadero what the fuck are you smoking ?
@Pescadero bro what💀
That's why I'm watching it in 144p so that i can get that retro vibe.
We actually used these at my high school in a video editing course and they used minidv cameras and firewire at the time. Was a surprisingly good experience back then.

Amazing as always! I've been editing since 2004 and I have to say that the challenge still exist - humans have the tendency to try to max out the capability of available tools.

You always put such effort into your videos 😂 this was hilarious and entertaining. Thanks Finzar

This is really interesting to watch! Seeing not only the hardware limits but also the software ones of early iMovie makes me appreciate the fact that despite using a 7-year old laptop, I'm still able to use (a slightly outdated version of) Davinci Resolve

I wanted one of those colored mac computers so bad back in the day! Never got one (poor), but it’s fun to see it again. 😊❤
Great job!
Such a great video man, I laughed a lot
The iron man scene 😂. Another amazing video fin keep it up. Nice seeing papaFin has a logo now too lol
what an aesthetic machine
Such a beautiful masterpiece fin. I enjoyed it.
One of the most interesting things to me is that in your final video you used a lot of practical lighting for your cool effects, and it's not something that's lost on us today, not entirely at least, but I think it's cool in that it mirrors earlier film making, It's sweet to see!
I love the way you telling the story keep it up man
This is sooo good 💗🤧
wait a computer worse then my i3 laptop exists!?!??!
awesome video man loved it 👍
Incredible video fin!!
This is a great video. really put your foot into this one
As a vintage tech lover, this is amazing.
Well done Fin!
Kudos for your hard work!
Nice work. The video came out great. I'm really impressed by the audio quality of your voice.
Also, try to imagine growing up with a video camera, and what you shot is what you got. Now, you can cut bits and pieces together, add music over it, add effects. Man... that was some amazing tech.
It's fascinating seeing how limited the first editing softwares were, because the creators just couldn't fathom things like using a clip multiple times, which aren't possible in real life.
It was more likely a limitation of RAM, but what you'd have to do is save your project, then just open the file you wanted to clip, reduce it down to the bit you want, render & export, repeat as needed for each bit, then import each clip you just made back into your saved project, remove the block that's in the way and re-add the imported bits in the order you want. It's a ton of work, but it gets the job done.
First editing software in 2003? Adobe Premiere 1.0 was released 1991.
@@UncleUncleRj yep this video editor was great on the 2007 imac much better than the new version that came out in 2008

love you fin thank you for the content
That's a pure masterpiece 💖
This is very interesting and entertaining video😂
Love this stuff, hope you make more entertaining videos like this😊
The world is a bit brighter now. Thank you for this video and song
This is so nostalgic! I used to use iMove quite a lot in the early 2000s as a kid, even versions earlier than iMovie HD. I totally remember that disk responded slowly error! I used to get that while recording all the time too. I remember connecting the camcorder through firewire and having to play the whole footage from the miniDV tape to import it.
Beautiful music video. Literally bringing back memories with the old camera lmao 😂
enjoyed this! love these imacs. i might try this myself on my imac G4.
Common Finzar W keep up the great work
The video is so good i don't speak about the last one but about the whole video that you just make with this software
Dude this is your greatest video. The time went into this is INSANE
had a few of those older macs and loved them! wish they still made something unique like it

Delicious video, very different from the others too!
And with that we even got a new character from Finiverse: 9:48 - "FinniF" 🤣🤣
finzar the goat of entertaining video editing content
Ahh yes the Mac G's I remember reading an article online where Makoto Shinkai, the creator of "Your Name" and "Weathering With You" favored Apple Macs over Windows. They were powerful for their time, he was able to indepently create a short anime all drawn, animated, edited, and composed in one of these Mac models. I think it was the G3 or G4 not sure, but I'm not sure. Great video showcasing this old tech's capabilities and limitations.
I had that exact one. Same color too. Ended up getting rid of it because the speakers sucked and I played a song a tad too loud and the right speaker blew and all you could hear was the tinfoil inside the speaker rattling around.
Back in School I always wanted one of these.
This Mac just reminds me of, "The files are IN the computer."
Great video as always!
Awesome vid!!
Thanks bro!!!
Loved it
not bad kudos!
This is a great video, it reminds me of the videos my parents made with a camcorder and cassette tapes.
This video is so iMaculate (hehe) new subscriber!
That old camera footage legit looks cool❄️❄️
The music video was... perfection 🥹
Great Content! Keep up the good work! (You should make a Imac edits series lol)
underrated youtuber slay video
Nice video! I would love to see you edit on an iMac G4 or iMac G5. They can be a lot less painful, and still before UA-cam!
It looked like a 90s commercial 😂 this was great
this is a really great video
straight fire
Buy your self a coffe for all this pain you went true for us
The editing god
I tensed up with all the nostalgia of working on old macs 😅
The next one should take it back even further old school and you should try to edit using actual film reels. Would be interesting to see for those of us who grew up on the computer stuff
wow truly masterful
Finzar thank you so much for your style and amazing skills! I've learned so much from your videos and love seeing the new videos you drop!
yo that music video is sick
Great Job Finzae, You put a lot of effort to make this vid ! And thats a 2000s materpiece XDDD

Millihertz? Never heard that before.
Cool video.
The G3 was the first computer I started editing on. Put a lot of years of editing into those machines. Was cutting edge at the time!

Nostalgic final video. I use to watch stuff like that on UA-cam 2005-2009. Good times, the world was much real back then.

3:54 thats prefect profile picture right there finzar, use it.
We had two of these suckers growing up. Coolest things ever.
Now you need to do a video where you upgrade the memory, put an SSD in it, replace the speakers, etc and then try it again to see if there's a difference. Also, Love the mk4 Golf!
Absolute masterpiece 😂
Masterpiece
You Deserve more Boy💥
Seriously made me laugh. Well done Fin, wait to Salesman Fin see's this! You should contact Ed and get him to put his bucket hat on and come back for the G3 editing challenge! Stay safe, have fun 💪😂👊😁🍺
The king is back
The goat of editing
the final product has so much noise on it and i love it
Truly aesthetic
the microphone quality from that mac is insane wth.... super crisp, no clipping
Am 35 - used this machine in media studies. Edited film and had many, horrible, beautiful flashbacks. Cheers lad.
Great content, keep it up
As an editor, this was fun... in the same way watching Hereditary (2018) is fun...
(seriously fantastic video man!)
Lol! Thanks man ❤️
very good video finzar i love finzar
yep.. you've made a masterpiece finny
1. I'm over here struggling to edit on mobile and then there's Finzar, editing on a 2001 computer and has made a masterpiece
2. For anyone that wants to know, the original song is called G6.
Hi Fin, Your videos are great, really great. But as they take so much work the frequency is less, that's cool if you are ballin' with presets - which look like they are worth investing in Adobe for! However I think you would do phenomenal just talking about stuff you know about or reacting, maybe use the side channel if you don't want to dilute this channel, but really think you would do well just talking to camera - you are a funny, interesting guy. Anyway, keep going and cheers for the super useful content.
Glorious 10/10
This is so good brother 😂
